I got a quote from this company, paid a deposit and was confirmed for 5 PM last Thursday for moving services. They called me at 5 PM saying the previous move took over time and they would have to reschedule me tomorrow to 10 AM. I said I understood, however I was already prepared to move that day so all my stuff was packed away. I had to sleep over my friends place since I didnt have a bed. I continued to the next day I got a call around nine saying the movers at the 6 AM job would have a three hour window in which they can work and they would call me when they were on the way. Once 2 PM hit, I called again and they said they are finished up a job and they will come to me at 5 PM. I was already frustrated by this point but I had no other choice as my deposit was given already. I also had to add spackling services as I dont know how to do it myself. Then at 5 I still did not hear from them ALL DAY. I called and said I was frustrated they said they have no more movers available and that the best they could do was give me a refund. I had to move out of my apartment by this weekend. I had no choices to call people and ask for quotes with one day notice! I started crying on the phone and they said they were working on it but I already dont trust them. I asked when they said the last mover was going to come and they said it was at 3 PM. What was happening all those hours then! Why didnt they come? And I have nothing to use. I had been waiting all day and I was bawling from frustration. Luckily my friends found me movers to help me move. But since its last minute he charged double, and adding for spackling services. I booked this company because it had great reviews. But I felt very desperate. I dont like that they took advantage of me at a desperate time. If its a service that needs to be done by a certain time frame or in a certain way. I dont get why all these people had glowing reviews but I am dealing with this currently. I'd like my deposit returned.Customer response

Im emailing in regard to dispute I had with your contract needs. They did give me a refund after the complaint and my review I wrote on their site.
