If you need Valor Intelligent Processing to stop contacting, you send them a personal Cease and Desist email! Trust me - they don't want to mess around with actual legal practices...Valor Intelligent Processing sends non-stop phone text messages, way earlier than the legal limitations are in place. The messages quite literally say to text "STOP", but then proceeds to send another message confirming that the STOP service not available...Scam and scummy business - runs out of a call center in ******, and headquarters in *******. Make sure to include their HQ address either of ***** or ******* when contacting the Attorney General's offices! Use the addresses below in your Cease-and-Desist messages.----***** Address: ******************************************** Florida Address: ********************************* Example C&D Email:"Dear Valor Intelligent Processing,Pursuant to my rights under the state and federal fair debt collection laws, I hereby request that you immediately cease all written and oral contact with me, and my family and friends, concerning any and all alleged debts you contend I ****** employer prohibits me from receiving your calls or letters at work, and such contacts are embarrassing and inconvenient for me. Therefore, please also refrain from contacting my workplace in any manner.Please stop all communication with me and with this address about this debt.Record that I dispute having any obligation for this debt. If you forward or return this debt to another company, please indicate to them that it is disputed. I was given an e mail notice that I was overdue for a toll road payment . After checking they had not sent me any previous notices despite what was explained to me . Calling them on the phone was even worse as the vehicle they were looking for was not mine but rather someone in my immediate family . They reached out to the toll road facility only to be told it wasnt their vehicle either . This is a disservice to the general public to be subjected to this level of misinformation. They do not understand the policies of the state they are serving. They were completely ignorant of how ***** operates its toll roads in several questions I had quizzed them on .Review from Mark F

Trying to unlock Carrier Lock so I can transfer account. I have had my cell phone number for 30 years and Valor customer service says all good but it is not & I dont know what else to do. I have been on the phone with them numerous times for hours to no avail.Review from Deniz A

I know most people have a reason to complain about a debt collection company and some of the terrible tactics they can employ, but I am on the other side of this with Valor right now. We are going through a serious period of medical crisis, and the agent who took my call was professional and understanding. She explained things to me in a helpful way. In my opinion, C*mcast is the real issue with the misrepresentation of my final bill not being credited in full for extremely poor connectivity for the last 6 months on my account when I canceled. Valor nicely put me on the Do Not Contact list and let me know the terms of my account and when I should contact them again this year to manage the balance since I need to contact C0mCast to resolve the discrepancy. After two decades of bringing a loyal customer, I am very disappointed in the outcome with them. Honestly, I have only had a few dealings with supportive debt collectors. Those debts always get prioritized and resolved first in our household.Review from Sid T

Of course we dread calls from debt collectors but today I talked to such a wonderful person from Valor named *****! He was so polite and nice very understanding to my issue! I received a Debt Collection notice from Valor for a Sun Pass Collection. I don't have any issues with sun pass that i am aware of so called the *************************************** (SUN PASS) to discuss. As suspected my account is up to date and has never been delinquent according to customer service person I talked to. They also stated that I need to contact Valor and get that resolved on my own. After calling Valor and explaining to them that i talked with Sun Pass and there is no debt collection needed, some idiot on the other end at Valor says the only way they will release the debt would be if I paid him the phantom debt?! Now the threats started, If I don't pay the phantom debt they will put a stop or hold or some s*** on my registration. So I will be contacting my attorney and the state attorney to look in to this predatory behavior. Not dealing with idiots on the phone who have no brains.Review from Jesse R

I would like to thank and recognize your employee, ***********************! He was an exceptional help in all aspects. He was so kind and considerate, he made sure I understood every detail of my debt, payment, and also was great at listening to my issues and helping me work around them. I usually hate answering phone calls from debt collectors but he really made my day better with his positive attitude and calm demeanor. I now feel at ease knowing Im paying off a bill Ive been avoiding for months and months. Hes truly an asset to your company. I hope this young man is recognized for the work he does, so many of us actually care about our jobs and the people we help and do not get the recognition we deserve. Horrible company. charged a ***** fee for a 4-dollar charge. I will be filing formal complaints for ********************* and ******************************* for ethical business practices. I will not give up and make sure our elected officials know about the predictory practices of this company.
