December 2, 2023, entered contract with Transmission Hero to replace Transmission and clutch system for 2009 VW Beetle. Car ran for about a week. Took it to a ********** specialist, he indicated the clutch was burning. Returned to Transmission Hero. They stated that the shift cable were not replace. Paid for the part and shift cable replaced according to Transmission Hero. Dove car to *******, clutch stop working again. Towed car to ******** Transmission. They told me the clutch burned out (2nd clutch to burnout in a months time). Called Transmission Hero from ******** Transmission. He told them he did not replace the fly wheel. ******** Transmission stated that if the flywheel isn't replaced, the clutch will burn out ever time, and they will not replace clutch, without replacing flywheel. Paid to tow car back to Orang Park to Transmission Hero. Costed me money. Currently, the vehicle at Transmission, and they stated they won't repair without me paying labor again. The labor were included in the original contract. The job wasn't done correctly for two clutches burni g out and according to ******** Transmission.Initial Complaint

The company rebuilt my transmission on 12/23/22, the windshield wipers would not work upon picking up my vehicle. Informed owner before leaving the shop. He stated that they did not mess with the wipers but would have the mechanic look at it. The mechanic checked the fuses and said they were fine. During this time the shop owner informed me that he replaced a battery terminal with a sensor because it was corroded, he stated "I did this for free because it looked so bad." The mechanic asked to keep my vehicle to troubleshoot it. Once I left I started receiving text messages with videos from the owner saying both my wiper motors were bad. I picked up my vehicle without the issue being resolved due to the owner not acting in a proffessional manner. My car started running rough, the check engine light came on, and my battery (new) was not staying charged. I took it to the **** dealership and they discovered multiple errors made from the Transmission shop. These errors included not securely connecting a hose to the throttle body causing it to disconnect, rewiring the sensor cable wrong, and using glue to repair a broken vacuum tube. They provided pictures and documentation for me to take back to the transmission shop in order to request reimbursement for the damages they caused. I attempted to provide the transmission shop owner with the details and documentation. He was very rude and unprofessional and kept stating "I am in pain and not going to deal with this." All I am asking is for the amount I had to pay the **** dealership to repair the transmission shop's mistakes.
