I entered into a contract with this business to open and manage an E-Commerce business for me and paid them $33,000. They were to handle all operations of the business. The profits should have been realized within a few months, however, they not only did NOT manage the store, it has gone months on end with NO activity, no products for sale, and no communicaiton. I have documentation in the form of financial records, as well as numerous email communications with the owner and managing partner making promises after promises that things would be better, excuses for how things were handled, and even committments to provide matching dollar for dollar inventory back to me for the abhorrent way my store was managed, but this NEVER happened. I have been in business for 2 years with PushAMZ now and have invested over $50,000 and have realized NO PROFIT OR SUCCESS. Most importantly, this business puts in writing and advertises to open, manage, and stock your E-commerce store on ****** and other sites, but that just does not happenInitial Complaint

This is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. I paid a lot of money with the guarantee of multiple store fronts and selling in multiple platforms within 90 days. I am over 18months and have seen nothing. No response to calls, emails and messages over the last 3 months. They had an excuse and promise for more every time I talked to them for the first year. New account reps and people to talk to and you get the run around, now I get no response at all. I have started the steps for legal action. YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!I hope my mistake and getting ripped off at least can help others from doing the same.Initial Complaint

Under a contract, *************************** company agreed to PushAMZ setting up an amazon and ******* ecommerce store within a year for $50K. We submitted the $50K and within a year PushAMZ was only able to open an Amazon ecommerce store and no ******* store. When asked about this, PushAMZ stated an **** store would be opened in place of the ******* however that was never done either within a year. We asked for 50% of our money back and it was denied for no reason. We have requested a call back and additional information but no response.Initial Complaint

Am the owner of an Amazon store which is linked to my LLC (********). The objective is to sell products and try to grow the business in size. I signed an agreement with PUSHAMZ *** in March 2023 so they can manage the store on my behalf for a fee which is deducted from any profit the store make. I paid them an outright fee of 35 000 USD to setup the store, LLC and start operations. In July 2023, they asked me to pay an invoice of 10 000 USD to buy inventories which they were going to sell through the store. These inventories never reached the store. From that 10 000 USD inventories' purchase, i have received back only 100 USD through sales from the few units which somehow reached the store. I have had several meetings and emails sent, in vain, to the teams of PUSHAMZ to ensure that the inventories are sent to the store. Even the email I sent on 19th December to the COO/director has been in vain.Because of the PUSHAMZ's inability to manage the store and resolve the issues as agreed, Im currently bearing the monthly costs of running the store without any revenue in return (750 USD monthly! whilst great promises were made to me! Just check their Instagram or contact them if you don't believe me!). My lawyer sent a demand letter on 27th December to ask for my investment of 45 000 USD to be refunded to me. Of course, if the matter goes to court i will be suing them for compensation!Initial Complaint

Paid this company $36,000 approximately 10 months ago. Business committed to provide me with an Amazon storefront which would recoup my investment within 6 months, and become profitable after that. I did not recoup my investment, and continued to incur additional expenses over the past 10 months which bring my total loss to around $45,000. I have emailed them on two separate occasions asking for a refund.
