  Reliable took possession of my car bought at Barrett Jackson ax took two weeks to deliver. Driver told me they had had nothing but trouble with car will not run . It ran perfectly when they took possession. They sprayed starter fluid in a vintage fuel injection damaged internal parts hooked battery up backwards shorted out battery burned up wire damaged paint. I clalled them they wit arrogant. Rude blamed it all on me . Said they didn't know what I had done to it which is redicious. Took a moth for me to repair fuel injection just now craned car for first time after repairing all there damage. It ran perfectly on stage at Barrett in front of 1000's of people right before they took possession. I want my money back . I paid those unprofessional $2600 to take care of and delivery my car . I want full refund to cover all the damage ,parts , labor.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/25) */ Contact Name and Title: Timothy S****** Director Contact Phone: 734-453-6677 Contact Email: tsleeman@reliablecarriers.com Good afternoon, The vehicle would not start when our driver attempted to load it at the auction, Our driver attempted to jump start the vehicle with a polarity protected Jump pack,(our drivers are required to use only polarity protected jump packs so you can not hook them up wrong)The vehicle would not start with a jump, at that point our driver along with our auction staff pushed the vehicle into the trailer.The driver notified Mr. ****** that the vehicle would not start at the auction and probably would not start when he arrived at destination. According to our driver Mr. ****** met him at destination and the vehicle still would not start, Mr ****** inspected the vehicle and signed the delivery receipt with no transportation damage reported. 16 days later Mr. ****** phoned me and told me that he was having issues with the mechanical condition of his vehicle and accused our driver of spraying starting fluid in his vehicle and hooking up the jump box backward. Reliable carriers inc is not responsible for the mechanical condition of a vehicle as clearly stated on the reverse side of the signed inspection report/delivery receipt and I can assure that our driver did not spray anything into the fuel system. I ask Mr. ****** why he waited 16 days to call me and he said that he has been working on the vehicle trying to figure out what was wrong. Reliable Carriers transported the vehicle damage free and did nothing to the mechanical condition of his vehicle. I have attached a copy of Reliable Carriers terms and conditions for your convenience. First of all I was out of state for a week after car was delivered it took fuel injection exsperts to diagnose what was going on with fuel injection that reliable damaged.futo fuel injection in phoenix az. He said chemical starter fueled sprayed in the system at Barrett J****** eat the tip off of the needle in the seat which casts the system to dump fuel profusely on the ground . It was not that way when turned over to them. They are lying about what they did. The driver came out of truck complaining about all the trouble they had starting the car no mention they hand loaded it they are lying. They damaged a perfectly run car when it was turned over to them immediately after purchase. The claim person is a liar he was rude arrogant and how could he blame me for what they did . He does not know the car . He was not there I was and none of problems excised when they took procession I want my money back for a incompetent company . Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/03/29) */ Good morning, The trailer that transported the vehicle is equipped with a lift gate system that you can push or drive the vehicle onto and it raises the vehicle up like an elevator, after you reach the desired level in the trailer you can push or drive the vehicle straight in. As stated in the last correspondence, Reliable carriers is not responsible for the mechanical condition of a transported vehicle and our drivers do not spray any types of starting fluid or chemicals into a vehicles fuel system. Like I said it was on live tv running just as it should so explain to me how it got damaged once they immediately took possession and gods knows what they unprofessionaly done to this car. They are responsible and I will pass on through the internet all the car auction all my car guys ., MECUM Barrett J******and ever internet site car guys use to stay away from reliable they do not know what they are doing and when they screw your car up they will not MAN UPand make it right. I have used most all of te top car haulers and none of they ever mishandled a car of mine. All they got is their reputation and Iam going to do ever possible to pass the word to stay away from them they have no reputation. Sit behind a desk a lie. THAT WAY RELIABLE HAS THE WORD LIA IN BECAUSE THEY STE LIARS I WILL TAKE IT UP WITH BARRETT J****** AND LET THEM LIE TO THEM . I understand now why MECUM auction threw them out!
