Earlier this Year I purchased a Touchless Cover for my boat dock for $11,875.69 and it came with a 5 year warranty. I also purchased a jetski lift for $5,218.50 In October during high winds one of the cables came out of cable clamp that was not properly crimped casuing the Cover to be damaged.*************************** came out and looked at it gave an estimate for $260.15 but said that he would split the repair cost with **** disagreed with *************************** why I had to pay anything thing at all since my Cover was under warranty but I said go ahead and fix it. 1 month goes by and still no repair...I call *************************** on November 11th. and complain that it is still not fixed and he indicated that he has been really busy but promised to fix it the next week.While I had *************************** on the phone on November 11th I discovered that the cable did not break but in fact slipped out of the clamp from not being crimped and took pictures and texted these pictures to *************************** as we were talking.*************************** did confirm that he agreed to take care of the repair and will be out next week...As of today the Cover has not been fixed and the cover is now even worse! I spent over $17,000.00 with this company and I can not get them to come out and fix a simple warranty repair!I do not feel that I should have to pay for half when this is a warranty issue!I have attached pictures of the original invoice and a copy of my warranty and pictures that were sent to *************************** on his cell phone on November 11thCustomer response

2 gentleman from the company stopped by for 14 minutes according to my ring camera but communication from the company since then to know what is going on with the repair.
I reached out to the company by phone and by text and have not heard anything After the 2 gentlemen were here at the house.

As of December 7th I have not heard from the company and the cover was falling into the water more.
I hired someone else to shore up the cover to avoid further damage.
I texted *************************** with this information and pictures and a short video showing that most of the cables are loose and in need of immediate attention!
As of this morning still no communication from the company.

We have contacted our client and resolved the issue. Several circumstances beyond our control had escalated to this complaint. Both, Hurricane *** and tropical *********************** caused a lot of damage to docks and boat lifts which in return had caused an overwhelming amount of calls. The current labor shortage was part of the issue as well as high water which prevented us from getting the repairs done in the first place. It probably would have helped had we kept better communication with our client.
