I booked an appointment to find information on Monday June 20th, 2022 at 5 am with *******. When I arrived to the appointment, ******* was not present and ******* took me back to her office to explain the different plans available. Since there was a ***** ***** I decided to come back later with my friend who had a 9 am appointment so we can both sign up for the ***** plan. We paid in full $ ***** for the whole year as well as for a six weeks plan that was separate for the year membership with a start date of June 27, 2022. We completed the six weeks challenge, with very little change and continued going to the gym actively for another two months. There were two directors at the gym with three consistent trainers. We were told that we can cancel anytime and get a refund by *******. We both signed a waiver to not hold the gym responsible in case something happened during our workout. The gym decided in the beginning of October to change the rules/policies about attendance, which we never agreed to or received a signed contract from the company. Since we could not abide by the changes and the new rules, I approached ******* regarding a refund. I called on several occasions, left voicemails with no response. Finally, I went to the gym with my friend (*****) whom I signed up with. That day, ******* said that she's working on it and will get back to us in one hour. We waited the whole day, no calls or emails received. A few day later, ******* sent an email stating that she's still working on it and that she did not forget us. Then, I received a call from the gym, no message left, called back, no one answered and I left a message and texted. That same day, I went to the gym to find out that ******* was no longer with the company. I was surprised and called my friend. The new director said that we will not be getting a refund and refuse to close the account. That is unacceptable and we still have 8 months left. After sending the emails exchanges and receipts, the gym is still not giving a refund and close the account.
