How to start my worst rental experience of my entire life? My family and I needed a car rental. I have not ever rented a luxury suv in the past and thought this once for ****** I would splurge. This left me vulnerable to this businesses unusual and harrassing tactics to warrant additional fees that go beyond the usual rental car companies that most use often. 1 week prior to rental I got inappropriate text messages about how I would would lose my rental if I did comply with immediate attention to detail such as a serious insurance investigation to my insurance on my other cars. I although knew this was a red flag- had already paid 120 a day for a ***** XC90 or "similar". In addition i prepaid for the car and another 500 deposit a week before renting - all while being messaged rude texts about how if my car insurance didn't measure up I wouldn't have my car. Of course most people would cancel- but they had my money and me worried I wouldn't be able to get another rental due to Orlando's tourism over holidays making that a slim possibility. This is when the rude behaviors amped up and I counseled with my husband that we were involved in some scheme. Sure enough the experience got worse at the airport- when we were bombarded by a wild goose chase of finding a rental car that technically wasn't allowed to be rented at the airport. He was not a vendor with the airport. So he would duck and hide out of site. We continued cautiously with the rental only because we were obligated to a no refund already. We were **** in. 500 being hopefully returned. So we let him know by reading every word of the rental policy, and taking our own pics of vehicle that we would not willingly be allowing a service company to charge us for fees that future he already anticipated. To be clear, he basically sent us a line by line text while looking for the car about if sand or crumbs or bugs all would be charged including each instance ovee 85mph we would incur a 50 charge. Orlando Experience by Joseph does not comment on pending litigation. The above/attached liable and false "complaint" contains highly defamatory content which is actionable under Florida Statutes and case law.

I am rejecting this response because: I could not open the document. Also, the business is currently harrassing ** trying to coerce ** to take down this review. I stand firm on my review. We turned in the vehicle 2days into the rental worried of what scheme we fell into.
