I took my van to them in July of 21 for stereo, they offered limo tint. It all bubbled. They argued with us for months but finally took it all off in April of 22. The fact that they took it off is an admission of wrong doing. They screamed at us, blamed us and threatened us along the way. They will not refund my money. It was 1,200.00 but we are only asking for the prorated amount for the windows they removed the tint from. The glass windows were fine. The polycarbonate windows CAN NOT be tinted or they off gas and bubble, like they did. Company is only offering to replace what should have never gone on the windows, it makes no sense. They are only offering to do it over, but you can't do it over, 3 other tinting companies told us should have never been done! So they are keeping our money for a job that should have never been done, and that they removed their faulty work for. This is for the West Colonial Location. I do have pictures and receipts and they admitted in writing to making a mistake.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/12) */ Good afternoon, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have worked with Mrs. ***** EXTENSIVELY. We provided our services to her with no issues whatsoever, which is the same services we've been providing Central Florida for over 40 years, window tinting. She has harassed us for months through social media, text messages and threatening to solicit/picket at all of our locations, even the locations that didn't provide any service to her. She went as far as contacting/harassing our customers and partners within the business. The final solution was agreeing to remove the window film (no issues with it) from the vehicle which she picked up with no complaints. A month later, she began calling and harassing, asking for a refund after the film was already removed. This has been, from day one, a buyer's remorse. After speaking to other vendors that provided services to Mrs. *****, they each concluded the same harassment issues/wanting money back after services were rendered. This appears to be a common theme that Mrs. ***** tries to take advantage of small businesses. The conclusion is, we have exhausted all of our resources in accommodating Mrs. *****. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The fact of the matter is 3 companies told us polycarbonate windows should not have been tinted in the first place. They finally took it off. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? They can't put it back on. That's not an option. In addition the owner replying is lying about several things. But that's what I'm here for. I want my money back or I'll continue to post bad reviews and flyers forever. Thank you. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/05/23) */ Good afternoon, as stated, a refund is not an option. The customer had the window film on their vehicle for almost a year with no complaints. This is a buyer's remorse situation, where she fell on hard times and is looking for someone to pay the price. We've been serving the Central Florida community with window tint for over 40 years and have never had to deal with a client quite like Mrs. ***** before. Unfortunately, we have done everything in our power to rectify all of her issues, and went as far as removing perfectly good window film, at no charge to her. She stated that's all she wanted and left satisfied after removal. 1 month later, she begins this behavior all over again. At this point we have done everything and there's nothing else we can do for her. Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/05/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Lie 1: The tint was on van 6 months not a year. It was at the builder 5 of six months. Lie 2: I have not fallen on hard times wanting my money back Lie 3: I have no history of harassing small businesses Lie 4: I never left satisfied after the time was taken off. My husband has a deal with Adam the manager that we would be paid back Lie 5: The tint was not in perfect condition. Lie #6 The customer will be 100 percent satisfied and 100 percent guaranteed the tint will be done correctly (their website) I have irrefutable proof of my claims: my builder saw it, I have pictures and videos, and their website makes promises. I have receipts proving the timeline. On the other hand the business owner has absolutely NO proof of her claims. Please ask her to provide proof of her claims. It's absolutely absurd that a business owner can make outlandish and untrue claims and get away with it. Today I will start making more complaints and next week drive over with flyers to hand out to customers in that busy shopping Center. I won't stop until she's lost more money that I have and has the reputation she deserves. What a terrible business person.
