On feb, 10 2022 I conducted business with crusin coach lines he came in to get graphics on a 2003 **** ******* bus when the bus was inspected by my employee it had mark and scrapes all over the bus and on the right side it had wear tear which the owner signed off in the invoice. we completed the work and reached out that the bus was ready for pick up we let the customer know we were closing at 5:00 PM customer then reached our location after 5 which we were closed already and had left for the day we proceeded to let him know it was passed our closing time and to come back the next business day for pick up when customer came for pick up the next day he said he's bus had damages that weren't there before i told I will check the cameras after speaking with my employee that did the inspection I was told the damages were already there when the inspection was done. and so this company is trying to scam us in to paying for damages that were already there and this is unacceptable and this business should be investigated for trying to commit fraud. after the customer did not get what he wanted he went on ****** and left bad reviews with different accounts he said he's graphics were bubbling up and me as business owner reached out to him and let him know I had no problem on redoing the graphics if there's issues with it he said he was busy and did not have time. I feel like he is trying to take advantage of my business and its wrong.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/05/18) */ Never received any response to this case until today by mail. ********* ******** and ******** ***** and his whole staff are very untrustworthy. My vehicle was brought to his shop No damaged yes it had scratches but no body damage. Client moved vehicle per gps and damaged my vehicle. Graphics peeling off bubbles. I wouldn't let this guy, company, or staff no where near my vehicle again. Company is very shady. I have a text from owner stating when I was gonna pick up vehicle he would leave gate open for me to get vehicle in return he left locked gate. Have the owner provide you photos when vehicle arrived. There was no damage. My storage company is also trying to go back in there backlog to get footage of vehicle leaving property. I'm also trying contact state for video footage of vehicle going through toll booth that no damage was on vehicle when it arrived. When I arrived to pick up vehicle owner left and wouldn't even return when a client is telling you there was damage to there vehicle. He didn't even want me call police. Guess so he could get with staff to get lies together. It should been red flag when they only take cash ***** and **** ***. I also should have reviewed there previous reviews of customer complaints via ******* I guess the owner will say all the other reviews are fraud. I don't take lightly on ******** coming at me and my business when he in the wrong.
