Recieved a pair of ugly socks I did not order. I have no idea even where this company got my name and address. I have checked with family members and no one says they ordered the socks or want them. Included in the shipment was an invoice for $16.25. The invoice gave no details about how or where payment was made. I called the company phone number listed on the BBB website. The phone rang forever and there was no answer, not even a recording giving the company name and an opportunity to leave a message. I have sent a refund request through their system. I am waiting for a reply.Review from Cami B

I ordered a pair of custom socks at the end of December. Received one email regarding picture quality and can not get ahold of them and they will not email me back. Have yet to receive an email about shipping and it is now 1/19/24.

If I could leave a 0, I would. The pets faces are not visible on the socks. They look like brown blobs. Totally unacceptable. Horrible customer service. They will not accept a return or give refund. I wasted a lot of money on these ugly socks which will go in the garbage. I wouldn’t even give them to charity. They are that bad.Review from Olga T

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The negative reviews are accurate. I’ve reached out on two separate occasions and have had no success with my order. I placed an order two months ago, and have yet to receive it!! Not only that but they’re clearly not doing anything to right their wrongs and scamming people out of money!! Horrible company! Ruined my Christmas gift! I ordered on 12/2 and received order confirmation and that's it nothing else. Reached out for no response. I paid through ****** and the charge wasn't there but taken from my credit card, ****** had no transaction from this company on my account. Currently calling my bank for fraud. So disgusted with this company!
