6/25/22, I emailed Ennoview Inc about**************** software. In my email, I noted specific capabilities that were a must for my business. One thing was the ability to create treatment notes with smart phrases and/or easy fill templates. Stephanie A******, a********* Business consultant, responded to my email stating: "We definitely provide all of the features you are looking for so I would like to talk a little more about that with you!" 6/27/22, I had a virtual demo of the********* software with Stephanie. This demo was recorded. In the demo, I specifically asked about the ability to create either dot phrases or templates to us be used by myself as well as my medical director to easily and consistently create treatment notes. Stephanie stated that we were able to create templates in a software created by ******** called Update My Record (UMR) or that I could use a text expander to create dot phrases to be used in our treatment notes. Later that day, I again followed up with her via email asking additional questions regarding the creating of templates or dot phrases. She stated again in the email: "I wanted to also mention you can create UMR form as a reminder. So any type of question/template would be created through there. This way it can be filled out and attached to the GFE assessment/service." On 6/29/22, I signed up for service with ********. On 6/30/22, Kris T*****-B***** from the ******** installation team reached out to me to begin the onboarding process. 7/5/22, I reached out to Kris via phone regarding how to create the templated that we would be able to use for a treatment notes. He explained that the UMR system was incapable of creating templates for treatment notes by the provider but only to create forms to send to patients. He stated that dot phrases was not something there system could do but that I could purchase a text expander app through a 3rd party. I spoke to Stephanie's Manager, Crystal who refused to admit the false advertisement.
