I am not liable for this debt with charter communications. I do not have a contract with INSIGHT CREDIT UNION, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.Initial Complaint

March 2, 2023-car was broken in to and wife’s purse was stolen. Police report was filed and bank card was canceled March 3, 2023- person went to different Insight Branches and withdrew a total of $6400 from savings. These were done at the drive thru of different branches Bank still has not given our money back and keeps giving us the run around. James with lost prevention of Insight will not speak to me or the detective on the case. They have video surveillance of the suspect going to the drive thru and withdrawing the money. Still will not give money back and now I have overdraft fees and late fees are being accrued on bills because that money was for our billsInitial Complaint

In December there was a transfer made to an external account for $500. An error occurred and was told the transaction could not be completed. The following day I tried to transfer again and it was successful. In December 2021, I received an alert that my account had be adjusted for both transactions. I contacted the bank and a temporary credit was made. The information was provided including visiting the Lake Mary branch on more than one occasion. Later in February a letter came indicating that they will reverse and in turn the account was overdrawn. I reached out to the bank to let them know the error and provided a statement from the external account showing that I did not make two transactions for $500, but only one. In April 2022, I received a check that was less than the amount that I should have received and the account was closed due to that error. I had been an account holder for more than 20 years and to have to account closed for such an error and to receive no response or lack of regard is disappointing. Insight has on more than one denied deposits to my account from cash app. They then add multiple insufficient fund fees. The money is in my account but somehow they make it to where it shows it is not. Very shady practice. I currently have at least 4 added fees on my checking acct. The funds were there. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, INSIGHT, STOLE MY MONEY ON A TRANSACTION THAT WAS DECLINED OVER A WEEK AGO AND ARE REFUSING TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK TO ME AND ARE STEALING MY MONEY. I WANT MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM COMPLETELY CANCELED AS THEY ARE THEIVES AND CROOKS AND HORRIBLE AT EVERYTHING AS THIS KIND OF THING HAS HAPPENED WITH THEIR IDIOTIC CARD COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THESE CHARGES WERE APPLIED TO MEDIC ALERT, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITH THEY DIDN'T MAKE THIS CHARGE. THE CARD COMPANY DID AND WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKSInitial Complaint

Can not access my online banking account. Was told to go to the website and can't access my account there either. Am beyond frustrated! I was told by my phone provider that it was not my phone it was the banks problem. I feel like I am back in the dark ages. Thank You for your support.Business response
