The dr ********* who is currently working there . She is constantly doing the wrong treatments on patients On 2/7/2022 we had a sedation in office & she changed treatment plan for extracting teeth . The dr did not give mom consent forms nor did not sign any consent in regards to extractions On multiple occasions the doctor has allowed patients to swallow teeth . I have brought this to management & they actually Laughed about it. They have patient information constantly out & shows. . They charge for things they shouldn't . We have roaches everywhereBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/02) */ The information that has been reported on this case is not factual and completely false. All of the providers at our practice, including Dr. ********* always obtains all necessary and correct consents for all procedures that are performed. Also, all correct and proper paperwork is retained for the necessary timeframe in accordance with HIPPA and other regulations. All patients are notified of any and all treatments to be completed prior to being done with proper documentations and consents obtained. Paperwork containing any personal or HIPPA related information is kept secure and out of the sight of anyone that enters the office. Our office is a "paperless" office meaning all documents that are obtained are retained digitally via a secure system. We ensure that all patient information is always safe, secure and out of sight. This also applies to all accounting information and or payments that are obtained from patients for copays or non covered services. The only payments we obtain are from services that the insurance companies have advised will not be covered. Additionally, our office does not have any roaches or any bugs of any kind within the practice. We utilize a cleaning company along with a pest control service weekly/monthly to ensure through cleaning. Cleanliness of our practice is of the utmost importance to our office on a daily basis. Finally, we would like to note that this report was made by a disgruntled employee that was let go due to insubordination.
