Hello I saw this product online, it guaranteed for you to lose weight. The Billionaires on the ** Show Shark Tank all bought into this product. Biolyfe Keto Gummies, For 1 bottle and one FREE bottle it is advertised for $39.99, I was charged $199.99, I looked at my debit card balance, I was shocked !! Many Celebrities swore by how it worked for them. I called the Company that night and left a VM message to call me. I never received a Call Back, I went to my Bank and canceled that debit card, I also filled out a Bank form requesting a Refund.. On April 8, 2022 I ordered a bottle of Keto Diet pills for $60.00. I have since then every month had $199.98 TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I have tried to contact them to to avail. I purchased a time only an order for Lean Start Keto (now based out of Brandon, Florida). I wanted ONLY 1 bottle, got a pack of 5. As soon as it arrived I tried them because they had a money back guarantee promised. I sent an email immediately and told them they didn't work and I wanted a refund. In less than 30 days, 28 to be exact, another charge was placed on my credit card. I did not have any information on this in the alleged "terms of service " that I read before agreeing to my single bottle purchase only. Each billing was for $199.99. I explained I wanted NONE of the product, wanted the guarantee offered and I returned ALL 9 bottles of the unopened product following their instructions. I waited more than 1 month and received zero refund. Reached out again via email so I can maintain copies of communications through my emails, and received a $149.00 refund BUT ONLY AFTER CONTACTING them again. I have contacted my bank, local law enforcement. I want my FULL REFUND FOR 9 BOTTLES. I paid for my own shipping to return them. Now I get an email saying they are going to charge me $10 per bottle for the refund processing fee. This was not on my terms or service, no paperwork at any time with the product to state this and DIRECTLY goes against their full refund policy. Clearly this is just a scam. All of the websites online reviews indicate nothing but complaints of fraudulent charges, fraudulent autoship programs and refusal of the company to follow their own stated policy of a FULL REFUND. I spent just shy of $400 Plus the shipping costs to return 9 sealed and unopened products including still SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE UNOPENED. Original order on 5/9/23, notified the company on 6/4/22 after less than 1 week of requesting a full refund which they acknowledged yet on 6/7/22 they sent and charged me for 5 more bottles AFTER I HAS ALREADY CANCELLED & HAD ALREADY REQUESTED A FULL REFUND. I was billed for a monthly subscription for the product when I ordered ONE bottle to try. The product is falsely advertised and the company is difficult to reach to resolve issues I am requesting a refund for 2 recurring charges of ****** and ****** respectively billed on 5/3 and again on 6/1:22. Keto Start has charged my credit card without my consent. Probably for the same reason every other complaint against them exists. I had an order which my son input for Lean Start and they would not refund the money for that product either. I did receive it and was told that since I received it, I could not return it. Now the new charge is for Keto Start for $139.99. I did not agree to any memberships or other forms of this product or service. The charge is undoubtedly not approved by myself.Business response

On May 17th, my mom who is 76 got online and looked at the Keto weight loss pills. She placed an order for what she thought was 1 bottle. Instead, it ended up being 5 bottles for ******. They also then enrolled her automatically for more product which was charged on june 26th for ****** We could not find a telephone number or return slip inside the package and had to wait for her credit card statement to find the name and number of the company. In the meanwhile we have received another package and after contact with them 34ish days later we are only able to return 1 package because it is past their 30 day policy for the first. She has tried 2 of the bottles which made her ill so we are trying to return the 1 package and then 3 bottles from the initial package. However, they will only accept the second package. This is very frustrating and frightening for elderly.Business response

On May 2nd I purchased Lean Time of $60. Immediately I was additionally charged $199.99 as well. I tried to use the website but it was not longer loading. I called the following day using the number that appeared on my banking and was told that I had been enrolled in a subscription service. I requested to be removed from it immediately and was advised that the package had been sent. I asked to have return shipping sent to me for the return of all of the product. On May 31st I was again charged $199.99. I had received the package and was waiting for the return shipping for the unopened package. I called again and was put on hold for over an hour. I hung up and called again the following day and could not get an answer. I investigated and saw the reviews on this website. I called again and after being on hold for a long time was told that the subscription had been cancelled and I would receive a refund within 10 days and should keep the product. I received another package. I called again and was told to keep both and expect the refund. I was charged $199.99 again on June 30th and today received a third package which tipped me off to check my bank account and see that I had been charged on 6/30. That bank statement cannot yet be printed. I can't get an answer on the phone and have had enough.I expect a refund of $599.97 immediately as well as receipt of return shipping for all 3 unopened packages. I'll own the original $60 as a learning experience but I am not in a position to be out nearly $600.Please post clearly on your website that this is a subscription, make the website usable to cancel subscriptions and check on account, and follow up on remedy previously offered. These are basic business practices. Many will not go these lengths due to lack of knowledge, access to resources, etc, and continue to be scammed.Business response

I purchased this product on May 13th and was not only over charged but was charged for a product I didn't order. I called immediately and after complaining was told I would receive a refund of ***** for the product I didn't order and *****. For the over charge, I only received *****. Once I received the product I decided that because of their shadfy business pratices I didn't want the product. I called to see what I needed to do to get a refund.
