On 12/20/2023 I hired PS Caribbean Freight to shipped my motorcycle to ******************. I paid 2000 for the shipping. The motorcycle was a 2013 ****** Vstrom 650. When I arrived at ******** I was informed that the documents were not properly filled by the shipping company out of *****, and it wouldn't be available to me. I returned to the ** in March, initially I was told the motorcycle was already back in the **, and PS freight just needed arrangement to pick it up. After three months of me going by the business, for they would not return my call, they finally return the shipping cost. Eventually in May she advised that the Company in ***** wanted Twenty Thousands dollars to disembark the motorcycle. As a result; she states that she would reimburse me the cost of the motorcycle. So I advised that the cost of the motorcycle with accessories would be 6800 dollars. From May to now (mid September) she keeps giving the run around. It has been nearly a year since they have had posession of my motorcyle. The resolution I would like is to either return my motorcyle or the 6800 dollars for the motorcycle and accessories that were shipped.Initial Complaint

I paid ps to ship a transmission to st croix and they did not tell my receiver they had someone on site that can customs clear the shipment and told him he had to jump thru a bunch of hoops which took a bunch of time over a month and now when my shipper has met all criteria they want him to pay storage and will not release the item shipped. I have prepaid shipping and all and they wont release it based on them giving my receiver the run around. I would like my shipper to get the item sent at no extra storage cost due to the negligence of ps freights not telling him that he could pay them the fee to have there person clear the shipment.
