This company should be shut down. I read the reviews here (afterward) and yelp, where over 100 people said the same thing: they ordered, paid for it, and never received the items, though they say it was delivered. This happened to me three times, yet they charged me for it.Initial Complaint

I ordered an Edible Arrangement on June 18 at 10:30am to be delivered on Father's Day June 19. The order detail and delivery was confirmed via email. On June 19 at 11:10am, Ashley from the Edible Arrangement store in Orlando Millenia Blvd called me to say she ran out of an item for the order and would have to substitute. I agreed to the substitution. Later that afternoon I tracked the order via order number************** and the detail read "Arranging your order now". I called corporate customer service and was told the drivers have until 7pm EST to make deliveries. The order was still not received after 7pm, the customer service office was closed at that time. On Monday June 20 I called the Edible Arrangements store in Orlando on Millenia Blvd and Ashley answered, stating she was the manager on duty. I asked her why was my order not delivered in June 19. She stated due to inclement weather, the drivers could not go back out for a second route to deliver. I explained that no one called to notify me, this is unacceptable and I want to be compensated since the holiday had passed. Ashley said they would deliver the item today and could only offer me 20% discount. As of Monday June 20, 12pm, the order tracking still says "Arranging your order". I am seeking a full refund of $83.69 for this order for damages and very unprofessional service.Initial Complaint

-ORDER WAS PLACED 2/12/22 -AMOUNT PAID $132.25 -DELIVERY DATE EXPECTED 2/14/22 -ORDER NUMBER - ************* -PART OF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED LATE 2/15/22 -FRUITS WERE NOT FRESH AND NOT EDIBLE A DAY LATER, SEE THE PICTURE THE FLUIDS WERE ALL SPREAD OUT IN THE PACKAGE, THERE WERE ALSO ITEMS MISSING FROM WHAT I PAID FOR. -CALLED AND EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES THIS BUSINESS AND NO BODY EVER ANSWERS OR GETS BACK TO ME.
