I just want to say thank you for everything thing you have done for me and my family my mother passed not leaving any will so we needed help with probate and getting everything for the house she left us. All American Housing Solutions helped us with everything and we never had to pay anything upfront while others were charging up to $5000 upfront plus all expenses to get the probate done and that didn't include selling the property. All American not only helped with probate but also sold the property at more than 3 times what was owed on the property we never even had to leave the house to get everything done the sent people to our house to get all the paperwork done, arranged an open house had a realtor there to handle everything we didn't even have to be there for the closing. If you are in need of this type of service and think you're stuck with out a way out give All American Housing Solutions a call and they will put you at ease they were a true answer to our prayers we will always be grateful for everything they did for us.

**** is an amazing person! He helped me 100% I was about to lose my home, and I had got a letter in the mail one day an I gave it benefit of the doubt and I took a chance at letting **** help me. And he did just that!!! He is a very honest man and now I have no more worries. Thank you ****!!!!! ??

I can't say enough about how awesome this company is. They were supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely had my best interest in mind to the whole process. I don't know where I would be without these guys and gals. They really are heroes to me and I can't_that enough borderline angels if not doing the angels work, if there is any question in your mind about these people and their genuine reason for doing this, let me tell you they are 100% as genuine as they appear to be thank you to Mario, especially and Nancy and the whole staff being there for me when I needed someone to get me through this I don't know where I'd be without them

I was quite hesitant at first, but Mario was amazing! I was tied to a home with an ex I no longer lived in, and was positive she wouldn't sell. He assured he could change her mind. He did everything he promised and then some. He was in constant contact and returned every call and text. Even now he checks in from time to time. I simply can't recommend him enough, and wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. Thank you Mario!!

I inherited property and was behind on taxes.The property was set to go to auction. It was the upmost pleasure to work with Mario and his team! I was contacted by Mario at a time my family was at an impasse with our inheritance, and running out of extra cash to maintain this inherited property. Mario went above and beyond to please all seven heirs, and have everyone agree to what was in our families best interest. Did you see 7 heirs agreeing at once? Yes, Mario did that!!! Next thing you know, the property is sold, and all heirs received with inheritance immediately. Less than 6 months from signing the contract agreement to completion (cash in hand). Mario and the team made it so it only took one signing, in the privacy of our own homes, to handle a very sensitive matter. Mario is wonderful, yet, I can't understate his team. The team of professionals behind the scenes were as equally as efficient, compassionate, and professional, with handling all issues within this transaction. The entire process was expedited, and concluded within 6 months, I believe it was four months, start to finish. I most definitely recommend Mario P., All American Housing Solutions, and the entire team involved, to anyone! Mario at All American Housing Solutions was a life-saver when he called us. If All American hadn't let us know our family's vacation home's taxes were in arrears, we might have lost the house. If that had happened, my children would have killed me.All American followed through and helped us figure out the tax laws in Florida. We were able to pay the back taxes, and keep the house off the auction block.We didn't respond the first time All American reached out because we thought it was probably some scam. However, we thought the sincerity and thoughtfulness of the message required follow-up on a subsequent call. Glad we did!
I'm glad there are companies that care about more than just making a buck, and All American is one.
