Took my wife to this office for her annual check-up. They said they needed to take her blood for the annual blood test at the office on 1/5/2024. This is always covered by my insurance as part of the annual check-up. I got a bill in March indicating we owed $425.93 because it was not covered.I contacted my insurance and they indicated the doctors office submitted the wrong code for billing and I needed to contact them to submit the correct code. I did that 5 times and contacted ******* about the issue. ******* continued to put off the payment to allow the doctors office to correct the billing. THEY NEVER DID!!!! So, today 9/24/2024, I paid the $425.93 LabCorp Invoice # ********.There is a record of my requests to the doctors office on their portal under my nameCustomer response

Hello, I am writing to report the unethical, deceptive, and fraudulent billing practices of Huy Manh, Vu, MD, whose contact information is as follows: Huy M*** V*, MD – Family Medicine / Orlando Health Medical Group / Address: **** ***** **** **** ** ******** ** ***** * ****** ***** ******** * **** ***** ******** * Attached, you will find a detailed explanation and history about the upcoded bill I received for services that WERE NOT provided during my annual wellness exam. I was expecting the preventive visit to be covered in full by insurance, but instead came out with a bill that I cannot afford. Numerous calls and conversations with his office, billing department, and my health insurance provider over the course of the past three months have yielded no positive results. Dr. V* refuses to adjust his billing to accurately reflect the scope of services provided.
