They dropped me like a hot rock, and I don't know why. I contacted M&M's ****** litigation section about a possible link to my prostate cancer and subsequent removal. I'm the first in my family to get this cancer or any other (smoking related cancers aside). Getting M&M on my case was easy. Their online sign up with a non-lawyer consultation made getting started fairly smooth. I was initially surprised at the portion they would claim from a successful settlement (*****%). After some time, I was contacted by an out of area para-legal who primarily coordinated getting all my forms signed. We had a couple conversations, but it was like dealing with a used car salesman where she had to go talk to her manager (the lawyer) before she could answer important questions. My case took its first hit when it turned out that the generic version of ****** that I was taking routinely (Rantidine from a different company) was not available to be sued for damages, although chemically the same thing. I was willing to swear that I had taken OTC ****** during the initial start up of my prescription and subsequent breaks in prescription coverage later, but I didn't have any proof. I put more effort into my case, searching through old med records for dates, finding pics of old med bottles, etc...than they did. In the end, I got a form email indicating M&M was withdrawing from my case, with no reason or explanation whatsoever given. I had exactly 0.0 seconds of conversation with an actual lawyer. I guess you're only a somebody if they think your case has value to them. Apparently, they will spend a minimum amount of time and effort at the lowest level to determine that. I say apparently because of the lack of detail and communications. I never had any conversation about how this was affecting my life, no empathy, no sympathy. I felt like a fish pulled from the water, determined to be too small, and thrown back for the possibility of a bigger fish to expend resources on. Not worth it.Morgan & Morgan Response

By far Morgan & Morgan is the worst attorneys Ive hired to help an injured person get compensation * They took on my case approximately 2 1/2 years ago and sat on there hands until the month the company I got hurt at by smashing my face into the floor due to neglect of providing a safe clean area for us * Now the company is sold and we have no legal recourse after all this * They dropped me and told me they can not help us that if wed like we can contact a real attorney that would be able to help us with this * What a joke * I hear there advertising on the radio today and its a just a bunch of malarkey* Plus they also dont stay in touch with you through the case process * I would waste your time with them * Try a real lawyer * Ive learned my lesson * Never again Morgan & Morgan ( Not for the people just the money )Morgan & Morgan Response

Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for a law suite with these people if you will. I made the mistake of doing that and didnt submit because I changed my mind. And they have called everyday even on block and now they are emailing daily. This is ridiculous and a bit stalkerish. Geez if someone doesnt respond THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED said it a little louder for the ones like ****** ******** that cannot hear or read apparently between the lines!Morgan & Morgan Response

I have Morgan and Morgan ***resenting me in my social security disability case and they have failed miserably. They have done nothing to help me in almost 3 years. I have done it all alone. My ***resentative ******* ******* is the worst. ** sent me mail about documents I should have submitted and that were not received but I did not know about them. My ***resentative did but did not alert me. I was denied my initial claim, and it was AFTER the denial that she told me she can set up a portal to upload all my documents so SS could see everything. Again, this was after initial denial. Now I have moved to another state and my mail is still going to my old address. I informed my ***resentative, but nothing was updated in the portal and to top it off, SS sent me forms but my *** did not alert me knowing I had moved. Most recently, I emailed my *** as to why she has not been keeping up with my case, portal, etc. and she has flat out ignored me. Totally ignored. No answer to my emails in weeks now. I want to get rid of her, but SS said once they are your ***, they remain until the end so be careful of who you have as a ***. Please let your family and friends know that Morgan and Morgan will not do anything for you for years while SS investigates and denies you because the information is not being circulated properly. You really will only need them after denial of your initial claim and after denial of your appeal. They do not work with any doctors at all. You must do everything yourself so why do we need them in the beginning stages if they are not doing anything. My *** has not communicated anything to me in a couple of weeks now, has ignored my last two emails, and has failed to create and maintain an efficient system of communication between me and SS. I hear other ***resentatives do much more to help with a SS disability case and believe me, Morgan and Morgan are not it.Morgan & Morgan Response

My husband and I were rear ended by a lady on her cell phone. The entire experience has been mentally and physically damaging. Numerous Doctors appointments and no pain relief all while we wait for assistance to even make up financially for the lost work. And Morgan & Morgan are suppose to be helping? I have never even spoken to my actual attorney, I only ever get put through to leave a message for my case manager. She usually does not return call until the 3rd or 4th try and then always has a load of BS to feed about this or that why we are still waiting. We are nearly 8 months in and I haven't heard from them or received a response to my outreach since Sept 9th. the other insurance company settled and the Money is sitting with Morgan and Morgan, I am sure collecting interest for them, rather than with me. I keep waiting and get no response. Now you can be sure they will take their share for doing basically nothing but dragging out the process and mentally/financially making the situation worse. They do not even deserve to get paid at this point, but I know they will get theirs first. If I am lucky I might be able to pay the house payment so I don't loose it and bills that are behind with the pennies I get from the ******* dollars already sitting in their hold, but to heck with being able to get any medical treatments when needed as there will be nothing really left for my husband and I. What a SCAM! So crooked. We are good hardworking people and surely do not deserve to be victimized by the very people that are supposed to be representing us.Morgan & Morgan Response

I think every time I hear I hear a Morgan and Morgan commercial about how they care about us and how they will fight for us, it makes me want to scream. They were totally incompatant is how they handeled my case and they should be sited for acting with extreme incompetence and disregard of a client. On May 18th of ******************************************************************************************** **********, *******. I have been there several days and always walked in that area barefoot and never slipped. One afternoon it rained and when I walked there again I slipped and tore my Manigis in my left knee. There is not a person alive that would not have fallen where I slipped. I was really shaken up and could hardly walk and in excrutiating pain. I met with the manager, filled out an accident report and when home the next day. I checked into the emergency room in , luckily nothing was broken but was in terrible pain for the next several months. I contacted M&M and they immediatly said they would take my case. They had pictures sent to them of the site of my fall from day one and over the next several weeks stayed in constant contacact with me. They assured me that they were on my side. They contacted the hotel's insurance company and had set up for someone to go to the hotel. After no responce I finnaly got a letter saying they would not handle my case. I finally was told they would not represent me because I had already been walking there before and the hotel bears no resonsibility. If that were the case, we should never see a caution sign for a wet floor in any area of the world. They dropped me like a stone when they figured they would not get a lot of money and were totally negligent in their ability to read the facts of the case for about six weeks. In all they should not be able to LIE about how they care about us. They are money hungry, incompetent lawyers that really only care about making money for themselves and have to use us to get it.Morgan & Morgan Response

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an attorney almost 2 years ago I was injured on the job and hired Morgan and Morgan because my employer threatened to sue me for insurance fraud Morgan and Morgan said that they took the case but yet they never represented me they represented the insurance company in my employer at every turn the pathetic amount of so-called medical treatment was nothing more in a couple bags of ice and some exercises 2 years later they're now trying to tell me that they don't know if there's anything they can do for me but my time has run out so I've received no surgery to correct the damage to my knee no money for a settlement so that I can get the damage to my knee fixed the Florida bar protects these people instead of holding them accountable I just want to make sure everybody knows that Morgan and Morgan will leave you high and dry if they can't make enough money off of you they just ignore you until you go away now I have to seek medical attention on my own torn meniscus or not self healing so there's no just wait and we'll get over it these people shouldn't even be allowed to practice law their commercials on TV or are highly deceptiveMorgan & Morgan Response

I've had a VERY horrible experience working with morgan and morgan, specifically with ***** ******* literally since the beginning which should have been a red flag!!! In the middle of my case, he basically told me that he can't help after I have been contacting him for MONTHS. There were plenty of witnesses that I bet they never reached out to during the accident. They continued to have me in therapy and completed neglected to give me any form of an update despite my efforts of reaching out. I have NEVER received such lack of communication and apathy from a law firm. I was in a car accident with the Philadelphia fire department that was THEIR fault, and I was not acknowledged at all during this ordeal, even losing my job due to lack of reliable transportation. I am very frustrated with how they handled my case just to LIE and place blame on me despite SIGNIFICANT EVIDENCE. First there was no police report, then there was, this is just ridiculous, and I would NEVER in my years on this earth recommend this company. I should've kept my eyes closed when I saw their billboard and regret reaching out to them......Morgan & Morgan Response
