The estimator that came out to my home and performed a site survey in order put together a SOW (rerouted drains, repipe supply lines, and demo and remodel two bathrooms) presented himself as nice and friendly, and assured us (myself and wife) that Opimal Green Solutions, LLC possessed the resources that could complete task that they promised.Day three into the project their contracted plumber disappeared and couldnt be found according the **** LLC project manager. This disappearing act by the plumber left my home with one functioning bathroom, one bathroom demoed, and with incomplete supply lines (red and blue piping) throughout the house, holes cut in dry-wall, and cinder blocksmy home is wreck!!Up front and before the work has started I was promised by **** LLC that the entire project would be complete within 7 calendar days from the start of work. At this point in time its 30+ days since the **** LLC, and now my home in a worse condition then when they started.The ONLY positive that has occurred during this ordeal is that I managed to get my down payment back (which equaled 50% of the overall quote)!!In closing, I now have to make more rounds of phone calls seeking new and hopefully affordable bids/quotes from other plumbing vendors.Final wordI suggest that you do not call, or use this company for any form of work!! Im living a nightmare because of Optimal Green Solutions, LLC.

With this said, we set a high standard for our business, and we apologize that we were not able to fulfill your request in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that we did not get the opportunity to complete this job and exceed your expectations as you notified us that you no longer wanted to move forward with the job. The disappearing act by the plumber was actually a near-death experience in which he was hospitalized for 10 days, and is still recovering. We attempted to make this unfortunate situation right by immediately changing to our other plumber, however, the name on the permits had to be changed over, and the county took longer than expected to complete this. We understand that this did not meet your time parameters and we tried to make it right by refunding you your deposit, as well as an extra $2500 as requested. We apologize that you have been put into an uncomfortable situation and will do our best in the future to give customers a more realistic timeframe for our work that accounts for unforeseen circumstances.
