When we started having issues with our home's roof that was only seven years old, we were referred to Florida Roof Restorations. We were new to the entire process and their team walked us through every step of the process, including removing our solar panels and having them reinstalled. They helped us to file our initial insurance claim. After that claim was denied, even though we needed to replace the entire roof, their team walked us through how we could move forward with the process. They introduced us to an attorney that was able to provide legal counsel around this situation and assured us that this was more common that we thought. The partnership with Florida Roof Restorations and the legal counsel helped us to have our claim ultimately approved by our insurance company. Florida Roof Restorations was very professional as they prepped our home for the installation, through the installation process, as well as the clean-up. We were amazed at how smooth the entire process was. Our new roof looks amazing! I would recommend this team to anyone that doesn't know how to get started with such an important decision.Review from Andres R

I met with several other roofers before going with Florida Roof Restorations, since the first day ***** and ***** explain to me all the roof replacement process including all the materials option and modern roof ventilation. They work hand by hand with my insurance company. During the installation process, both, were making sure that the roof was installed with all the specification. They were the first to arrive at early morning and last to leave. At the end the roof looks great and modern. I recommended 100% this company for your roof replacement.Review from Greg V

I met with several other roofers before going with Florida Roof Restorations. Not only were their estimate very reasonable but the way they explained the entire process was easy to understand. ******** was the person we initially met with. ******** was a complete gentleman. He was very thorough with his explanation and he was on our property the entire time of the project. Even with a broken foot he still managed to come by and supervise the work. We felt at ease with ******** so much so that we even reached out to him on the weekends. Weve even refer him to friends and family members. ***** the owner, ***** and the entire crew were fantastic as well! They worked like clockwork and when everything was said and done, my property was clean. Our roof looks amazing! I strongly recommend Florida Roof Restorations. Florida Roof Restorations did a very good job of repairing the roof. This included patiently waiting for someone from Momentum Solar to remove the solar panels so the roof repairs could be made. ******** stayed in very close contact with us so that everything could move forward smoothly without any difficulties or surprises. ***** and ******** also took care of all the paperwork and also getting the finished roof inspected by the state goverment inspector. There could not have been a better choice for my roof. Not only was the final product spectacular, but Felix and Maria were amazingly responsive throughout the project. So happy! They even came back 8 months after install, to fix a fascia board, that was not their responsibility. Nothing was ever a problem. I was so impressed with my primary home roof, that I asked them to to my rental home as well. Another great job!!!Review from Isabel V

FL Roof Restorations is a very easy company to deal with. They answer all the questions you might have, patiently, before and after signing a contract. They are very punctual: whatever day and time you are told they or someone related to the job is going to be there, they are there. The crew is very quiet while working and polite. The quality of their work is good. They review their work, if they have to repair or redo any part, they will do it without hesitation. They did not mind the fact that I was outside observing what they did and how they did it. Any questions was answered in a courteous and professional manner. I have recommended them to several acquaintances and friends. If I ever needed to hire them again, I would not hesitate.Review from Mindy W

What a pleasure to write a review for Florida Roof Restorations! We consider ourselves double winners, since this outstanding company has replaced not one but two roofs for us! Felix ***** and Maria **** coordinated and supervised the installation of the roof on the house we were putting on the market at the end of 2022 in Winter Garden, Florida. They handled 100% of the negotiation with the insurance company. That alone was a task we wouldn’t have been able to handle on our own. The new shingle roof is beautiful and had a great deal to do with the rapid sale of the home after only 8 days on the market. The roof on our new home in Plantation, Florida, did not pass inspection and it was mandatory we replace it before insurance could be secured. Without hesitation we called Felix and Maria. Our new tile roof has just been installed, and it is beautiful. It passed Broward County’s meticulous inspection throughout with flying colors. We just can’t say enough about the excellent quality of workmanship and customer service this company offers. We couldn’t possibly recommend them more highly.Review from Everett W

Florida Roof Restorations is a terrific company! Working with Maria, Diaz and Felix Doval makes roof repair, simple, easy and uncomplicated! My wife and I replaced two roofs using Florida Roof Restorations. We would do it again in a minute!!!
