      Its related to Freedom Forever and integrity roofing company. We contracted with Freedom Forever for our Solar system and Freedom Forever project including roof replacement with there integrity Roofing company. Roofers said over zoom meeting sign a contract I asked someone will come take measurements of roof and I can sign the agreement but they said now days its easy they will do over zoom and they dont provide me any paperwork. They start work on 01/31/2024 and roof finished on 02/02/2024 and they left fascia and soffit hanging around house and incomplete told me other people were coming to finish work. Since that day never they show up and I have contacted several times to the freedom solar company and they said will come finish but then no response from them. The city ***** come to me said unfinished they will contact to roofing company but no response today 03/18/2024 still hanging wind blowing wind and some soffit came out and hit my head ! I contacted them and I said will cancel the contract and stop any installation but they said I cant cancel the contract and said s**** u. Now Im scared my life in danger ?? if anything will happen with my health and my life I will blame on this ********************** Im getting sick of this company my blood pressure is going up feeling bad from thinking all about ! I have all sms , email from them and I think they over charged me with there estimates. Today is date 03/18/2024 time is 5:57 PM no one has been here nor contacted me with any details regarding this matter. No freedom forever or roofers company. I dont like the company that I work with for my Solar project!

      We acknowledge that there were challenges in the communication process and in the process Freedom Forever has in place for ongoing projects, particularly regarding the approval for the new soffit and fascia installation after the roof was completed. It's important to note that as Integrity Roofing and Gutters, we strive to maintain open lines of communication with our clients throughout the entirety of the project.
      We understand your frustration with the delays caused by the approval process for the change order and the additional work required beyond the scope initially outlined. While these delays were indeed outside the scope of work for Integrity Roofing, we take responsibility for ensuring that all necessary approvals and adjustments are made in a timely manner.
      We're pleased to hear that the soffits have been approved, and the work has been completed to your satisfaction. Our goal is always to ensure that our clients are happy with the end result, and we're glad to have resolved this issue to your liking.
      We appreciate your understanding of the situation and your willingness to remove the negative review.

      I have attached communications made during the process that we went through in attempts to ensure communication, as well as phone calls were made throughout this process. At this time, all work is complete to homeowners satisfaction and he has agreed to remove the complaint entirely and is happy.

      I hired Integrity Roofing to fix a leak in my roof over the master bedroom in July of 2022. I was billed $1,800 for this work on July 28, 2022 and paid on August 1, 2022. This same area in the master bedroom that was fixed started leaking a couple of months later and the current damage is worse than the original leak. Integrity Roofing had a technician come out to look at the damage and he stated that it was not a leak in the roof. I asked another company to inspect the damage and they stated "Leak in master bedroom due to improper placement of roof vent and improper sealant on wall flashing". The wall flashing and the roof vent were both installed by Integrity Roofing.

      December 2022, an inspection was completed at no cost, and report along with photos was sent over to address the issue determined by the technician (flashing/ stucco walls) Photos are provided in this response. Following that date, a month later, the homeowner was insistent that roof repairs be completed first as she had other roofing companies point to roof being the issue (included). We then received proposal of work (attachment included) for the company that was said to be contracted to complete repairs and sent a check in the amount requested over to the homeowner to assist and close out the issue. Integrity Roofing & Gutters agreed to said repairs and reimbursed and paid for repairs to be completed outside of our warranty period since the issue along the master bedroom area continued back up. We have emails with the homeowner requesting funds after the fact, to be sent in her name and proof that the check was deposited and cleared to her account, allowing the company that she selected to be paid (with the funds we provided). After this point, in 2023, no other calls have been made from the homeowner as the issues were being handled and were addressed timely. We have attached email receipts (with dates), along with proof of said deposited check to close out this claim (with date). Efforts have been made to contact this client and voicemails have been sent to try to find out if and what is the current problem, and no responses on the homeowner’s side have been received.

      Integrity Roofing and Gutters walked me through every step to file a claim against my insurance co for roof damage. It took a year before I got a settlement in August 2022. Integrity Roofing insisted that I immediately bring in $15K to their offices on Berry Dease Road. (I uploaded the forms and the copy of the $15 cashiers check.) This is when it went awry. First of all, I never ever received an estimate even after requesting numerous times. To this day- no estimate. James, at Integrity Roofing, quickly determined that I needed much more money upwards of $55K!!! Note: I'm on a fixed income. This $55K caught me TOTALLY OFF GUARD!! I don't and can't get that much money. I began to Google Integrity Roofing and Gutters and realized that THEY DO NOT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT!!! I began asking for my deposit back 2 months ago....they are NOT even interested in returning my deposit money!!! I NEED HELP. I HAVE BEEN CONNED. DID I MENTION THAT Integrity Roofing wrote - DEAD DEAL - on my file ...told to me by a rep! My last phone call to Integrity Roofing was Dec. 15th and I was told to wait into the New Year and they will handle it. The promise Integrity Roofing made to me a year ago was that they would accept the full amount of my insurance settlement as payment in full. After I submitted the 'required deposit', I was told.... NOPE, WE NEED MORE MONEY. THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T GIVE YOU ENOUGH! NOTE: INTEGRITY ROOFING AND GUTTERS DOES NOT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT ON THEIR WEBSITE. BUT THEY INSISTED THAT I BRING IN $15K. THEY EVEN SENT A REPRESENTATIVE - SUZIE - TO MY HOUSE TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM ME. THE REPS THAT I'VE DEALT WITH: SUZIE, JAMES, KADEEM, MADDIE, REA AND CHRISTIAN. At this point and time, I CANNOT get my leaking roof fixed because #1 Integrity has $15K of my settlement money with NO.... ZERO INTENTIONS of assisting me. I not only had to suffer through a Hurricane Disaster but this roofing company has FRAUDED ME!!! PLEASE HELP ME.

      Last Friday, Dec. 30th, Integrity Roofing DID return my money in full. I have no complaints at the time. Thank you.
