The roof leaked and it destroyed my bathroom, it messed up the bathroom paint and sheetrock. I had to repair my bathroom through another company, I payed over $400 to repair it. They never returned my call or picked up the phone.Business response

SPOKE WITH CLIENT AND WE AGREE TO PAY THE 400.00 OF REPAIRS THAT HE PAID. GAVE HIM OUR OFFICE NUMBER AND ADDRESS SO HE CAN COME AND PICK UP HIS CHECK.

On February 16, 2022, I made an agreement with Mr. Eusebio A**** from Tru-Tek Waterproofing Inc., Lincense # ********** to do a new re-roof. The agreed amount for the re-roof was $12,300. On 3/10/2022, Mr. Eusebio A**** was paid in full for the agreed amount for the completion of the re-roof. I have had numerous problems with the re-roof starting with the roof leaking over the chimney the beginning of April 2022 after an afternoon rain. We contacted Mr. Eusebio A**** and his daughter, Jennifer R****, to inform them off the problem that this should not be happening on a brand re-roof. Mr. Eusebio A**** was rude and said this was not his responsibility and even denied the roof was leaking. After going back and forth, he reluctantly, put tar around the base of the roof. We also showed him a video to show him where the water intrusion was coming in. He did not do a thorough inspection to see what was wrong with it, but instead just put tar at the base of the chimney. ******** Insurance completed an inspection of the roof on July 15, 2022. According to their observations, the roof appears to be uneven on the rear and side of the dwelling. We spoke with Jennifer R****, Mr. Eusebio A****'s daughter to let her know the observations of ******** Insurance of the roof appearing uneven on the rear and side of the dwelling and provided her a copy of the inspection. We spoke with Mr. Eusebio A**** about our concerns with the roof and ******** Insurance findings and asked him to please come and inspect the roof to provide us with explanation as to why the roof appeared uneven on the rear and side of the dwelling. Even though, we have had several conversations with Mr. Eusebio A**** and Jennifer R**** about ******** Insurance concerns, he refuses to even come and look at the roof and proceeds to yell and scream at us and says if that is not his responsibility. We have reminded Mr. Eusebio A**** that our re-roof is still under warranty for 10 years.Business response
