Date of transaction: 10/23/2023 and 10/26/2023 Amount Paid: ******* + ******* I had purchased "trip assist plus travel assistance plan for my relatives visiting ***. And as part of that, we were promised for 2 annual memberships of prioritypass.com with 3 free lounge access for each membership.The memberships were deactivated with no notice to us, even though we had already registered with priority pass.On calling and emailing the business, we have heard no response except that the promotion with priority pass is no longer active; even though when I purhcased the hop insure membership, the priority pass program was offered to us. I have emails from hop insure confirming the same.Hop insure membership numbers: ************, ************, ************ I am looking for refund of the following amount - $309 ($95 membership fees + $35*6 lounge visit)Business response

About the Priority pass it was free benefit for members in short term promotion, our members are not charged for the promotion, so no fee to refund for it.

I am rejecting this response because: while "priority pass" was a free promotion, it was a promised item as part of the purchase and I was already provided a voucher from Hop to use it (see previous attachment files). Hop insure cannot take back a committed service without informing the customer or renegotiating the transaction. Hop insure not standing by its commitment is malpractice on their part and a failure to fulfill their commitment. This is a fraud.
