Bought what was told to us was a new Kitchen Aid range. They delivered it and after they left we found it did not work. We have been getting the run around for over 6 months now and the owner said he would pick it up on May 19th and refund. Nobody came to pick it up and now the owner will not respond.

Customer purchased Kitchenaid stove from us. When it was delivered it was fine, then called stating that the stove was beeping and it was because it was not level on the floor. I went back and fixed the issue. Then she called again and stated that the stove still beeping and I went back again and took the stove apart and I went ahead and to be in the safe side ordered and control board to see it would take the beeping again. The control board was in back order and I let customer know but refused to wait, I refund the money back and picked up my unit. I went back numerous times, even with a two hour distance from where I was located,and tried to fix the issue I never told customer that will not refund the money and I always respond to customer when she contact us. I was always willing to take care of the situation and tried to make it better for the customer. And I took care of it. I don't understand why the customer lied.
