First issue was my order was a month and half late. I ordered the product on August 1st and called after to confirm when it will be sent. Employee told me in two months. After two months has passed, I called and was told by the end of the week multiple times that my product would be sent. After being a month and half late, I received set product. As I was installing it, I noticed that I am missing a vital piece to power my product. I have been trying to contact the company the company for weeks and they have refused to pick up my calls or even to call me back to help me resolve the issue.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/21) */ The complete order was fulfilled, information provided by the seller is innacurate, we have not been formally contacted regarding of any of this. Please send an email to *****@wire-worx.com with full details, order number and contact information. The order was sent and received, but not "fulfilled" As stated, after the delayed situation, I am either missing a piece of my product, there is a defect, or something is wire incorrectly on my end to which I need assistance. Which is why, I have called numerous times and was not ever called back. I have also emailed the seller regarding the situation and my contact information. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/02/22) */ If you need assistance, we suggest seeking a professional mechanic that has the required experience & skills to install the product, it is evident the buyer does not understand how the product actually works. We're under no obligation to provide assistance or help understand how our products works, that is something the buyers should have done research before purchasing and attempting to install something he's clearly never done before. As stated in an email I sent you, all he had was one question and I did not know to answer to, which is why I tried to contact you for, to get a better understanding of the whole situation, then I would pass along the information to the professional. But seeing that you have no obligation to provide assistance, we are done here no need to waste anymore of your time. I will just move on to see what is the issue. Thank you for your time
