I purchased a physician ** course in April 2024 and now cannot take the quiz because the website states that the course has expired even though the website states that the ** expires 12/31/2024. They do not answer their phone or their email. This company is a fraud and a ripoff based upon my experience. I lost ****** and hours of study because of their dishonesty. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or stress this situation may have caused. Once a course is opened with Elite Learning, you have 6 months to complete the course before it auto locks. It appears that your course was just over the 6-month period. As we provide a free 3-month extension in these circumstances, we were able to get your course unlocked and the issue resolved promptly. You have received a copy of your certificate, and the results have been issued to the reporting agency. Ive used elite learning for years. Getting courses online was easy. I bought the all access pass which gives you access to courses for a year. They automatically renewed for me after a year without my permission. After calling I told them I wanted my credit card taken off their website. I was told they would . That was 9 months ago. I called today and my credit card was still listed as default. I was told I could not remove it without adding another payment. I wont be using them anymore and they still have my credit card in their system which is illegal.EliteLearning.com Response

The **** training and Human Trafficking (requirements for Texas physician licensing) were easy to use, simple and concise. Unfortunately, I was unable to log back in to complete the opioid prescribing function after leaving for a few hours. Apparently, Safari is not supported. If you use Safari, I definitely would look elsewhere for the required training. The Customer Support Agent was helpful but didn't resolve my issue. He was able to refund my purchase on the phone.EliteLearning.com Response

Though you can use Safari for any of our courses, we do recommend using ****** Chrome as there are typically less issues with freezing, video quality, and overall performance. I received my booklet in the mail to renew my Florida nursing license with a code reading it was only ***** for the courses I needed. My fault I waited till the last minute 100% but when I logged in and chose to only do the booklet and test for ***** after hours of completing it would only go to 99% because they wanted me to do the ***** subscription. At this point I felt I had no choice, so I did the ***** subscription. I completed everything and my certificate was available. On the site it said they would report to CE to CE Broker within 1 day. I called to see if it could be expedited was told no and it could take 48 hours for them to transmit them. I then asked for them to cancel my certificate and issue me a refund because 48 hours was not acceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor someone who could look into this further and was told that wasn't possible I would need to hang up and call back. So I did and was told then they could possibly be reported by 4:30 but it could be 48 hours. I explained I needed to know when they were reporting. They kept saying we have up to 48 hours but no where does it say that. I ended up spending another ***** with a different company who reported my CE within 5 min of completing the testing, CE Broker reported within 5 min and my license were renewed within ****************************************************************************** a 48 hour delay in reporting online information. It didn't take them but 5 Min to take my payment. I will never do business with them again and I suggest you find a different company for your professional license because they are truly not ********************** with how they handle things.EliteLearning.com Response

We understand the frustration you felt when your certificate was not immediately reported to ** Broker. While we strive to process and report all certificates within one business day, there are instances where it can take up to 48 hours for ** Broker to process the ** credit and report those hours to the appropriate state board for license renewal. Rest assured, the courses you completed with us for 27 hours on 7/28/2024 were reported the following day on 7/29/2024 at 10:23 AM to ** Broker. We report course completion during business hours each day, as stated on our website under the FAQs page. Regarding your request for a refund and the difficulty in reaching a supervisor, we apologize for the customer service you received. This company is a FRAUD, I took a test for my continuing education on Cosmetology, the book they sent was CFL10SE23. When I took the test over the phone today the Elite person taking my answers graded me and told me that question on the book Num. 11, I had it wrong. the question was answers either... A) True or B) False. Question Num 11 was; Should a professional person disclose in their place of work the fact that they are HIV positive. My answer was B) False. The Elite person marked my answer wrong when My answer was right as not only it is FALSE, NO ONE is obligated to disclosure their HIV Positive status since is personal matter and can bring negative reaction on the place of work for them, on the ELITE BOOK CODE CFL10SE23 page num. 24 specifically confirms that my answer was correct. I argue over 20 minutes over the phone with *********, the Elite educator and I even challenge her to take her own company book page and read it for her self that my answer was correct based of facts in their own book it self but, her response was that they do not have an Elite book, they just take the questions over the phone and summit them in the computer and the system grades the answers according of what ever they have in their system. I summited a complaint to Elite, CASE num. SPC2588789 for a supervisor to contact me and correct this default in their system since obviously ELITE HAS THE ANSWERS WRONG but they still grade people on their wrong answers. Specially something like this about HIV/AIDS... it is very Wrong for this company to grade a test with the wrong answers. They not only own me an apology, they need to correct this issue since Thousands of people use this company and this particular test and they will all get the same wrong grade because ELITE REFUSES TO OWN THEIR MISTAKE AND ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY.EliteLearning.com Response

This company is trying to sell a training that New York State provides for FREE. New York State recently updated their Mandated Reporter training and all licensed professionals who are mandated reporters must take the new training before renewing their licenses. ********************** is sending emails using scare language and linking to their own site "for more information," encouraging people to spend money on a class that is FREE to all New York State Mandated Reporters. This is unethical and reprehensible behavior and makes me question how they do business and the quality of their offerings.EliteLearning.com Response

We understand the importance of the New York State Mandated Reporter training and the fact that it is offered for free by the state. Our intent is not to mislead or pressure anyone into purchasing our training. We strive to ensure our communications are clear and transparent.
Colibri Healthcare offers a training course to meet the updated mandated reporter training as a service. Emails promoting it are meant to provide information to licensees who must complete the updated training. Licensees are not required to complete Colibri Healthcare's paid training course.
Many organizations, including CE providers, offer a paid course to meet this training requirement. In fact, the ***** office provides a list of approved providers from which to choose. Colibri Healthcare offers a training program approved by the state to meet the requirement. Many licensees prefer doing all their continuing education and mandated training via a single provider, enabling them to track all their requirements and compliance in one place.

I used this company for the 1st time this year and I actually had no issues. I received my 15 CEU's for *************. They originally sent me a book and I completed everything on line, made my payment on line and printed my certificate. I purchased the package that was supposed to meet the state nursing requirements (Case #SPC2451466). Unfortunately, it failed to meet these requirements. So unfortunately, they failed to include one class in the package. When I called to attempt to rectify the problem and I got nothing but the run around. Fake manager call back to no management call back to wait on it! At this point just refund me my money, you falsely advertised your package/service.EliteLearning.com Response

Upon investigating the matter, we have identified that there was an oversight on our part, and we acknowledge the importance of including the required course content to meet your state's regulations.
Resolution Taken
To address this issue, we are taking the following steps:
Immediate Access to Missing Course:
The course was updated to our package to include access to the missing course: Alzheimer's Disease and Other Dementias: Symptoms, Stages, and Communication Strategies required by your state. The customer was given the course for free as an add on to the package for her to complete to meet the state requirements.
Review of Procedures:
We are conducting a comprehensive review of our procedures to understand how this oversight occurred. Our goal is to enhance our processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Free Course:

I've been doing this course for a few years now but this year has not been favorable. There seems to be an issue with reporting ce's. I have spoke with multiple representatives via phone and email about such issue and there has been no resolution. My ce's were not reported as discussed but instead I continuously am being told 24 to 48 hours. I will not use this resource againEliteLearning.com Response

We carefully reviewed the details of the complaint, and it became evident that the course the customer completed, Georgia Nursing Professionals CE Correspondence Package, was not showing as reported to the Alabama state but on our side, it was reported successfully. The Customer Service team had created a ticket for the customer to have an additional credit added from Georgia to Alabama. This was submitted the same day as the customer contacted us initially. The customer contacted us again shortly after that stating her hours were still not showing for Alabama on the state’s side. We then contacted our regulatory team to have them re-submit the hours.
Resolution
The hours were resubmitted to the state on 11/20/2023 and the student was able to renew her license prior to her expiration date. Our team has reviewed and enhanced our internal processes to ensure greater diligence in having the hours posted on the state’s side in a timely fashion.
