On 2/12/23 I placed an order on the tropical smoothie cafe app. After placing the order I realized I entered it in incorrectly and tried to cancel the order. When going through the app it would not let me cancel the order and told me I needed to call customer service to cancel the order and get a refund. I called customer service multiple times and they told me they would give me a refund for my order of $7.27 and would escalte the situation since I have not heard back yet no one has reached out to me for a refund. Whenever I speak to customer service they say they can not do anything but send an email to the owners of the franchise and they should contact me within 2-3 days. After a month of not receving a refund I was told an account manager would take over and look into the problem and they took my information and the order information Order # *****************. It has been over 2 months and I still have not recevied a response and when speaking to customer service they offer no help. I would just like a refund for my order.
