On or about December 16, 2022, Screen Giant installed a patio enclosure at my home for which we paid nearly $20,000. On December 21, 2022, Screen Giant were notified that there were "a couple of leaks" on the porch. The owner, Nick, came back a few weeks later and repaired one spot. Several messages were sent in February and March requesting someone come and complete the job by sealing the leaks. Pictures and videos were sent April 10th showing that there are several leaks including one above our 70 inch television. It's actually raining on the porch where the roof connects to the house. All text messages are met with excuses as to why no one has come back to complete the job. We were told by the owner that they do "quality" work and they would address any issues in a timely manner. It's been nearly four months and the issue has not been resolved. Nick was given a $6,800 cashier check on the day he claimed they had completed the job. As you can see from the pictures, there are several leaks. Recent rain has exposed the problem. These pictures along with videos of rain falling from the ceiling were sent to Screen Giants via text (************* My husband called and left a voicemail.
