On February 21, 2024, my wife and I went to the Good Feet store in ******************. The staff assured me that the inserts they supplied, would solve my foot pain. Well, the plastic inserts they gave me made the problem worse. I've been back there three times, to be refitted. Every time had the same results. They told me that there no refunds. I wouldn't mind paying the $1700, to stop the pain. But it's still there. I want my money back. And I want them to stop taking advantage of people.Business response

After thoroughly assessing the situation and exploring various attempts to address the client's concerns with their system, we have determined that providing a partial refund is the most suitable resolution at this time.
