I contacted this business about repairing my oven the week of April 1st and scheduled a service call. The technician, ****, performed his evaluation on Friday April 5 and quoted me a price of $513.76 which he expressly said included the service call, the new part, and the labor to install. He collected partial payment of $270.61 that day leaving a balance of $243.15 **** returned on April 9 and completed the repair. He asked for my credit card to charge the balance of the original invoice, and without an explanation of why or my authorization to do so, charged my card $394.38 (instead of the agreed upon balance of $243.15) When I saw the charge, I called **** to ask about being overcharged. He said he was told by his boss that he needed to charge extra but had no clear reason why. I called the office several times over the next week and was finally connected with someone named ******. ****** pulled up my invoice and noted the total he saw was $689.48. I explained that was not what we agreed upon and sent him the original invoice for $513.76. He couldn't explain the discrepancy and said he would have a check sent to me for $175 to cover the mistake. After 4 weeks passed without the check, I called ****** again and he said there had been fraud on their business account and they had to cancel all the checks sent out to customers. He then told me he would be in the area the next day and would drop the check off personally. He never did. For the next month I tried calling the business several times and got no response. I went to the address listed on their ****** business page (**** ***** ***** ***** ***** * *** **** ****** ** ****** and discovered it was a **** *** ** *** **** Shipping. I asked the owners of *** **** Shipping if they knew anything about the business and the woman said their physical address was at * ********** Dr. ******** *** I went there and found no signs for the business on any of the units. I am looking for a refund of $151.23

I purchased a used refrigerator from Professional Appliance Service on March 7, 2023 for $400.00. Within a few weeks, it started making a loud noise and wasn't cooling well. ***** from Professional Appliance came and "fixed" the problem which he said was a frozen motor fan. ***** assured me they would take care of it and also told me I could swap the fridge for a different one. About a month later, the noise returned. I have been calling several times a week and leaving messages both ways n their office phone and ******* cell phone. He has not returned any of my calls nor made any effort to fix or replace the fridge.

On 04/26/23 Professional Appliance Repair came to my home to repair a 4-year-old ********* ******. In the spin cycle this washer would violently shake. The owner Professional Appliance Repair ****** ***** responded. *** ***** said the issue with the washer was in the suspension and it needed new shock absorbers. His price for material and labor was $320.60. *** ***** removed the old shock absorbers and installed new ones. He was paid by check and left without testing anything. Moments after leaving I started a load of laundry and as soon as it went into spin cycle the washer again violently shook. I called Professional Appliance Repair and they said someone would respond the following day between 11am and 1pm. No one responded. I have called and called leaving many messages requesting a refund and no one has returned a call.

Horribly unprofessional, ****** * is the owner and he was supposed to fix my fridge I Paid him 1200 bucks to repair my Samsung fridge and within 50 days it broke exactly the same again and the new compressor and coil he installed has lost all its Freon. I had made first appointment ( to come fix it again) after taking three days for him to contact me back with me leaving several texts he finally made appointment with me, he NO Showed and NO called so, Again I gave benefit of doubt and after several texts about his no show he finally answered and said “I thought my message sent” and told me he could come that day so I left work early again ( had to take another day of military leave to be home) and AGAIN he NO SHOWED and has now not answered my calls , texts or voicemails. I asked him to resolve this or I would contact the BBB. I thought this guy was a decent person and have used him in the past to buy freezers off him (2 of them) guess loyalty means nothing to this owner! I wish I would had seen the SEVERAL horrible reviews but like I said I didn’t think I needed to since I had been a loyal customer. I don’t understand how this guy has a rating of A- not how he is still in business after reading the numerous reviews from Google and on the BBB that state very similar complaints about him taking peoples money and not providing the service he promises on his estimate sheets and quotes.
