We went to a Christian seminar and there were several speakers. The speaker was on stock trading and showed us software you can use. He was offering a 3-day class for $97. We both were going to go and I got on your website and all the reviews from and then Googled them and wow. They are sheep in wolf clothing. There are so many videos on ******* that tell their story.Please do not fall into their trap. Don't waste your time going to Life Surge Impack Classes. Very disappointing.Business response

I asked for a refund from the trade event I was at in ***** on Friday the 18. I called and the person refused to give me a refund. It was an absolute scam and there was so many derogatory jokes. It was such an uncomfortable experience. For a ****************** not really very understanding when people dont agree with the event after attending.Business response

I am really disappointed to say that this company plays on your emotions, and your spiritual beliefs. At the time that I attended life surge, we were in the middle of a pandemic, I was looking for something that would help me improve my familys financial wellbeing , And this has done anything, but that. They made everything seem easy as long as you watched the videos and learned. I feel like they played on my emotions, and my want to help my family and coerced me into signing up for something that I really couldnt afford from the beginning. an $18,000 course that will cost me over $30,000 with interest. I have tried reaching out to the company several times and always get mad with you. Have two years to watch the videos, and learn, and implement This is meant for people who might have some kind of experience already in the field, they go into Weather stock real estate. I now have over $20,000 worth of debt and nothing to show for it. This has not been a blessing for family whatsoever, has caused a lot of arguments, debt, and anger. Beware of programs and money schemes based around religious beliefs. The Bible says that those who borrow money Becomes slaves, and I couldnt agree more.Business response

On March 23rd I attended a Life Surge event in ********* **. I paid them $197 to attend a real estate and stock coaching class but the offer specifically had a 5 day right to resend. I followed the instructions on back of my receipt on Monday the 25th of March to get a refund but no one would answer the phone. When I finally got someone to answer they said they would go ahead and process return but could not put it back on card but would mail me a paper check to my physical address. This *********************** said it would take 7 to 10 business days. Here we are 3 weeks later and no refund.Refund my money or I will get the credit card company involved.Business response

Date of transaction: March 23, 2024.Amount: $197.00 *********** agreed to host a Trade Surge, and I chose May 17, 18, and 19th. If I wanted to cancel, I could do so before 4/2, as specified on the form provided. I sent back the cancellation form via ***** Tracking number: **********************. ********, **. Delivered April 1, 10:08 a.m. I also sent a copy of the form and a request to cancel to their email address, *********************************** three times with no response. I have been unable to contact anyone to cancel this class, and no refund has been issued. Based on my interactions, I believe this company is defrauding customers by denying them the ability to cancel.Business response

Hello,I attended a Life Surge conference on 1/13/2024. On 1/13/2024 at the conference, I purchased impact classes for $97. On the payment invoice, there is a notice of cancellation that clearly states you may cancel this transaction, without any Penalty or Obligation within 7 business days from the transaction date. These are the cancellation terms clearly stated on the payment document. I emailed Life Surge on 1/16/2024 to listed email: ********************************** providing a written notice request for cancellation and a refund for the payment transacted on the credit card. I have yet to receive the refund. I have given the necessary address and credit card details that they need to refund the amount. I have been in contact with *********************** <**************************************************>. However no refund has been provided. They have falsely advertised their cancellation and refund policy. I did not attend any of their classes and sent written notice of cancellation prior to the 7 days.Customer response

We purchased tickets to go to the Life Surge event on January 13, ****. Life Surge has a 14 day full refund policy so when we ran into the need to leave town due to a health emergency we started contacting Life Surge under their posted policy telephone number. Unfortunately, many messages were left first by my wife and then me. Ultimately, I sent an e-mail to document efforts to contact Life Surge prior to the close of the 14 day refuld period. Much to our disappointment, Life Surge waited until the 13 days to contact us and then tried to tell us the event was 7 days prior to the date of the event in order to make it look like we had missed the refund window. Not impressed with the tactics employed by Life Surge for the sole purpose of trying to keep the $981 for an event that we wanted to go to but can't attend due to the exact reasons for the 14 day refund policy.Trying to avoid receiving telephone calls and ignornign e-mails just to run the clock out is questionable business tactic just to keep money for a family that can't attend the event.Business response

On 2/18/23, I attended the Life Surge event at *************** near ********* in *********. I paid $97 for a Trade course to teach me about stocks etc. The course was being held on weekends which I worked. I asked before purchase if there would be additional courses ** of my work schedule. I was told yes. And that someone would let me know the additional dates (which never happened). At the event, we were also told we could get a 100% refund. Fast forward to today, I have tried on at least two separate occasions to request my money back ** they never gave me another course date AND was just told we arent in SD anymore, ***** have to wait until we come back. I was also told there would be an online course - but then told no there wasnt. This is all a scam. I just want my money back.Business response
