Order XXXXXXXX- I placed an online order at 3pm according to the time zone I was in. It was for 2 low price items. The items themselves were $14 with $39 in shipping. I needed the items for a special reason the next day on 2/18 so I paid the overnight very expensive shipping. There was no follow up email about my order or nothing on the ordering site where you select add to cart and pay about ordering the item by 10am to get it the next day. Who can order an item by 10am? I am simply disappointed all the money I have spent at these shops locations all over that I was told too bad, nothing we can do, you should have read the shipping policy etc. there was no shipping policy to click on, your shipping should know be clearly outlined in the CART and PAYMENT screens. To tell me there's nothing that can be done is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I expect to refund the entire order, it's worthless to arrive a day late and I didn't pay for 2 day shipping I paid for overnight. Perhaps if the service rep I spoke to had been more helpful besides giving the ridiculous tag line of "I'm sorry you feel that way" I could over look this and not try to badly review this business any and everywhere. Your clearly NOT sorry and it's not that I FEEL this way, it's that you are doing this unacceptable behavior. For a business this is very poor service.
