On April 11th, at around 3pm, we booked 2 kayaks for our family at 7:30pm. We opted for their cancellation insurance, paying the extra fee to be able to cancel and get a full refund according to their terms and conditions. At 5pm, due to unsuitable weather, we tried to cancel via phone and email but received no response. Glow Paddle contacted us at 7pm, not responding to our messages but informing us to reschedule due to the bad weather and that we would not be allowed to keep our reservation. Since we're leaving our vacation tomorrow and not local, rescheduling isn't feasible. The representative promised to inform the manager and follow up but they haven't refunded or contacted us yet. Please give us a refund since we were not permitted to keep the reservation.
