      On 12/8/23 with instant edges a company out of Pensacola FL, that is advertising her business on all social media outlets I place an order with her assisted on 12/8/2023 my card was charged 84.98 after the card was charged there was no confirmation sent to me to say that the order has been processed and ready for shipping the company say that in 7-10 business days I would receive my order. after those days has occurred I reached out to this company she said she would do 3 day express on my order and that she would investigate to see what happened needless to say on 12/18/23 Reached out and no order was shipped out 3 days express like she promised the merchant name is Stephanie ****** this name should be familiar as I did my own investigation this company has had 2 other complaints in regards to not receiving their order also, so to my surprise taking orders charging people card and not sending the product out to her customers all I am requesting is a full refund and want it to be answered she is scamming customers out of their hard earn money this is why I sent the attached file earlier to show invoice what I was charged with, I also had a fake tracking number sent to my email and tried to track the package the tracking number didn't exist I sent several emails, voicemail cause she want answer calls,sent text messages 1/12/24, on 1/15/24 on 1/18/24 on 1/22/24 on 1/23/24 she told me that she sent it thru Wix I don't know who this is my debit card is thru Wisely ADP my card was charged thru my card Wisely the state ent that I got from her is to take it up thru my card holder they have it on file 12/8/23 that my card wad charged 84.98 so I am asking for a refund but she is ignoring that this transaction never happened.

      Made an order on affirm 9 months ago and never received my order. Reached out to the owner and provided receipts and still didn’t get my order.

      I made a purchase nine months ago and had communication with the owner and she did say that she would send my items that I purchased but she has not sent them yet and I’m reaching out to her and I get no response. She did stated that she was having issues And lost emails in orders and Myers was one of them. I have not yet received the item that I had purchased so I will like either the item or my money back and if she says that I don’t I think there should be something else with it maybe a gift bag or extra hair pieces  Because of the inconvenience.
