This company is the worst by far with patient privacy. You share your problem nd so how it is displayed in public. There should be no recording with out your knowledge, in the state of Florida there is a law that states it is a 3rd degree felony to do this with out permission. Under Section 934.03 of Florida Statutes. I find this very unhealth for people that need help from companies like this around the world. If you have had people or someone in your local community repeat your business in public you should contact the police or call HAPIP. Make a complaint!!!!!!!!!!Review from Deja S

This company is a disgrace to the community of Escambia County. Due to lack of staff, families are continuing to suffer as they are not receiving the services they signed up for. The CAT Team at this company is wonderful but it is difficult to maintain a relationship with the case managers, nurses and behavioral technicians as they do not remain with the company nor program for long. The worse part of the CAT Team is Monique *** ***** a manager who lacks empathy for the families and fails to realize the crisis they are sadly suffering in. I never in my entire life been talked to disrespectfully until I unfortunately came across her. What is the point of the crisis line if you are going to belittle me and not assist with finding a solution?! She also talks to her staff the same way which is something I wish I did not witness. From Lakeview Venter to the CAT Team, a company not program with horrible leadership will not last.

I was staying at the lodges at the staff allowed my things to be stolen and I have them on recording lieing 3 times. They told me My STUFF WAS SAFE there while I was in the hospital. And when I asked for my things back I heard * We don't know what happened?" That was all I had and they knew I was struggling. Even my grandbabies keep sake items. My mom's clothes. I was holding on to because she passed away last Christmas Day. I'm hurt and they talk down to you and make it seem your fault. And no 1 on 1 counciling. When the tech brought me what they said I only had I started crying and she just stood there and I was so upset. Terrible
