      We have had a very positive experience with this company. They have been extremely professional and made sure we received everything we needed for us to be able to function as a business. Our website is awesome and we have had no problems. From packaging to business planning Graphic Grooves has been instrumental.

      I just was not happy with the outcome, or services that I was provided by Katrice .I never received nor was I offered a refund , In my oppion Katrice is a scammer and a liar as well as the owner of graphic grooves which stated under my review that Graphic Grooves never worked with myself or my nonprofit. Graphic Grooves webite it shows my nonprofit name and trade mark. which conflicts with the post below . Graphic Grooves text my phone texting it was not their fault my nonprofit website was taking down . In my opinion Katrice and or Graphic Grooves are unprofessional, and hostile . The work that I seen of Graphic Grooves is less then mediocre and can be taking with a iPhone. I was even contacted by Graphic Grooves on my personal cell phone being harassed by phone number Graphic Grooves posted under my review that states Graphic Grooves never worked with myself or nonprofit Graphic Grooves are are showing take credit for my work yet texts shows she did I am only stating my personal experience but Graphic Grooves and owner( Katrice) had nothing to do with my logo or brand. Do not be a victim like I was and pay for something that is non existent or have harrsing text messages. please see below documents . I also have reported Graphic Grooves to the BBD

      The work that Ms. ********* was completed in November 2022. Not once did Ms. ********* ask for a refund or complain about any of the work that was done. It hasn't been until recently when her website was taken down by squareup.com for nonpayment that she got upset over the work. In fact, we have emails showing that she was very happy with the work we did. When you build a website the client is responsible for maintaining the hosting and domain name being paid for because as explained several times, Graphid Grooves is NOT responsible for paying for her hosting or domain name. We haven't had access to her information in over 2 years so there is no way we would know that her site was down. Once we are done designing work, we no longer touch or use any of the information provided. In fact, we delete all information for safety purposes and ask our clients to change their passwords to avoid any confusion. If Ms. ********* had paid squareup.com for her domain name and hosting her website would still be available. I even showed her yesterday that her domain name and website hosting was still available and she refused to read or understand what I was saying. As to harassment... I value my brand and I only responded to Ms. ********* trying to explain several times that her issue wasn't with Graphic Grooves but with squareup.com because we do not have the authority to shut down anyone's website. I don't have time to argue and be rude to people. It's not worth the time or aggravation. Ms. ********* has me cussed out, lied about our terms of agreement, threatened me, and told me to expect to hear from a lawyer. When a person is unwilling to listen to reason, the next best thing is to block them from any more contact which is what I finally had to do because I refuse to continue speaking when I'm not being heard. I am sorry her website is down, but Graphic Grooves has no control over her lack of responsibility to the company that hosted her website and domain name. Thank you.

      For the past few years, we have worked with Graphic Grooves Consulting and they have been a wonderful asset to our company. They have worked on everything that we have done and we have never had a problem. The owner is extremely professional and cares about how she treats her clients. I wish we had more business owners who were like her in the business.

      This young lady came to our company to get work done and we explained explicitly that we were not a good fit. However, she insisted to have us do work for her. When started working for her we provided four completely different revisions of work and she didn't like any of them. When we finally spoke on the phone this young lady proceeded to argue with us about the work we provided. We do NOT argue with our clients. We explained that we would refund her the money she paid and then ended the call.

      We have refunded her the money. However, because she is upset that she didn't get her project completed she is trying to discredit our good name. If you look at all of our other responses on social media as well as on Google, you will find that we are NEVER RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL. We handle all of our clients on a contract basis. In business, we understand that we cannot please everyone but this young lady understood from the beginning that she may need to go elsewhere for her work simply because she was too demanding for the $60 she paid for work that we normally charge $150 to do. We tried to help her but some people cannot be helped.

      Thank you for your review. We strive to do great work and make our clients happy in the work that we do. However, we have a policy of asking our clients to give us ideas of what they are looking for so that we can make them happy with their designs. When a client has no idea as to how to convey what they have in mind, you leave us in the dark as to how to make you happy. Furthermore, we have a policy of giving 4 proofs of work that is completed. Once those proofs of work are exhausted and the work becomes more complicated than what the client paid, we explain in detail that we require another detail. In addition, if we are unable to satisfy our customers because they are inconsolable in their own minds as to the work we provide, we refund them their money. We have done this. This was the best that we could do in your circumstance and though we apologize that we were unable to fulfill your desire to have a design completed we do wish you all the best in your endeavors of finding someone who can do create the design that you actually wanted without spending a lot more money.

      The amount of revisions that would be provide was never stated nor was there a contract in place. I only recieved two completely different designs. The other 3 revisions were a font or myself editing a picture to submit. I thought that they would be a good fit but then I realized they did not take input well and therefore we had creative differences. I was yelled at and disrespected when trying to talk to the owner about how I felt about them trying to charge me more for a placement of information. Which was something I never complained about until they changed it. I did not think I would have to guide a graphic designer as much as I did. As a customer you are supposed to be able to provide input and revisions until a design is agreed upon.

      This information is completely false. When I first spoke with the customer, I explained that I would give her 4 redos of her project. Our initial conversation happened on February 7, 2022.

      I was speaking with her about her website and her pop-up banner. When the customer declined help on the website, I explained in-depth what I could and would do. I also, at that time after our first conversation explained that I didn't think we would be a good fit because she was already displaying being overly demanding and acting as if she knew everything about my field of expertise. She, however, kept pressing the issue of my company doing the work. In addition, there were three FULL REVISIONS. We the first one she told me she didn't want a model in her picture, so I removed it and then explained that the model would be helpful in having people understand what she was selling. She then insisted that she be the model. She went and got pictures taken and then I chose the best picture of her smiling. She then told me that she hated the picture because it didn't match with her logo. I then chose a completely different picture and she didn't like it because she stated her lips looked crusty. After that conversation, I explained to her that nothing I did was going to satisfy her and that I again didn't think we were a good fit...Again, the customer insisted that I continued working for her. At that point, I told her AGAIN, that if she didn't like the final piece of work I would have to charge more money or give her a refund and she could find someone else. I also told her that judging by how she was responding to me that she probably wouldn't like what I produced regardless. She then said "Okay" and when I produced the final piece of work she asked me again to make changes. It was at that point I explained that she needed to either pay more money or get her refund. Instead of just taking the refund. The customer begin to tell me how defensive I was over the project. The customer ONLY PAID $60 for a job that I normally charge $120 to do. Furthermore, being told that I am being defensive when I'm simply stating that I can give you your money back because again we are not a good fit displays a mental block that this customer clearly doesn't understand. I wasn't nasty, I wasn't rude, I simply refunded her the money she paid and asked her to find someone else because helping her wasn't worth my time.

      Ms. Ashia*************** is an entitled millennial who believes her opinions are the only ones that matter. If she had listened to me in the first place and found a different designer none of this would have happened. I'm sorry you had a poor experience, but sometimes the experiences happen because we refuse to take advice that is helpful. If there is a way I could attach each different version to this complaint I would be able to prove that I did all I could. But there isn't and that's why this review is such a farse.

      The initial model that was chosen i declined because I did not know her nor was she wearing a pair of my sunglasses. I did not choose a completely different picture, I altered the picture they chose. I could ask any other graphic design what "completely different" means. They have said different design, that does not include the pictures nor font but rather placement and overall template used. I have only received two designs. At no point in time was I informed of extra charges for small changes. The things I changed are things tha3t I see or notice that maybe the designer who is working on the project all day may not notice. I did not ask for a discounted rate for their services. If that was an issue I would have paid the normal rate. Throughout the whole work relationship the owner jabbed at me as a person, not once have I done that. The year I was born has nothing to do with how I was treated. All in all back to my initial review, they are not creative nor do they know how to work with clients in efforts to develop a collective design.
