I hosted an event on 1/5/2023 @ your location in Miami Gardens. ( ***** ********** Miami Gardens ** *****). Where my car was vandalized in The parking lot. I have asked on numerous occasions to have the footage from that night pull and to no avail I havent gotten anything from the person who is leasing the suite. I have filed a police report and can not move any further in our investigation because we have not obtained the footage from the Building. We have asked the surrounding buildings for whatever they can provide but I need the footage from where our car was parked at the time of the incident. I recently reached out to the company directly where the ****************** stated Sorry to hear you have a problem, but I am not the party to whom you should be directing this issue. I have nothing to do with property management or anything relating to a property in Miami Gardens This has been extremely stressful and frustrating to say the least. I am just requesting footage from the night before I take legal actionBusiness response

As stated on our phone call this morning, we have been attempting to resolve the issue you made us aware of over the weekend.
Prior to your complaint, you reached out to ***************** in my office, who was not the correct contact. I am the leasing agent and asset manager as of 3/15/23.
The incident occurred on 1/5/23 at ******************* in Miami Gardens. Once we were made aware of the incident, we contacted the security camera company. We were given access and can only go back 45 days, and not to the day of the incident.
I am sorry you are going through this issue however there isn't anything we can do. Please note we were not the leasing agent nor property manager on the date this incident occurred; however, we have been doing our best to help do anything we can to help you in this situation.
