      Rental issue with noise ordinance. I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 4 years and have paid rent monthly from 1350$ and now 1765$ a month. Since last November upstairs neighbors have every day and night had excessive noise. I have sent multiple emails regarding the noise complaint. The apartment manager informed me to call our courtesy officer who is a deputy who has not resolved the instances. The noise on 10/10/23 was so excessive one of the pictures on apartment wall fell. The ******************************* was called and case number was obtained. I have emails dating back to November 2022 and the apartment manager along with regional manager have not resolved the issue. Sliding of furniture, loud music playing, and constant stomping has occurred for the better part of ****AM on weekdays and weekends. I have videos of the noises on several occasions that have also been forwarded to management with no response. I have attached just a few of emails from the last 11 months with no follow up or resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I am filling this complaint for the second time. I have non-compliant upstairs neighbors who constantly make excessive noise. I filed a complaint last year and settled with regional manager contacting me to try to resolve the issue but was just told that I had to send in emails daily and to gather 3 police reports. I did gather police reports but apparently werent enough. I as a resident, shouldnt have to complain every day for over a year and gather 3 police reports just to get someone to go up there and speak with them. I have video but am unable to attach for some reason. They are loud all day and sounds like a hammer on the floor half the day. At night they slam doors excessively and stomp excessively and I have to be up early as most people do in the mornings for work. I am a nurse and it frustrates me as I have been losing sleep, several nights I have been woken up due to their noise. This time I do not want just a call for their regional manager promising to resolve and help, I want corporate involved.
