Signed up for one shipment. After the third shipment I contacted them and told them I didnt want any further shipments. Of note, by this time they had sent me enough for three years, along with charging my credit card over $1,000. I received confirmation of my cancellation. Then ten days later they sent another six-month supply. I contacted them again and was told my subscription was reinstated. I, ultimately, contacted my bank to file a fraudulent charge and had to cancel my card. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!

Did not authorize for this to be taken out of my account on going. The product didn't work and I suggest that no one buy this product.

They did not work, I thought I was ordering a trial bottle, but I have been charged without my consent for several months. I have returned these several times and asked them to unsubscribe. But I am not getting anywhere.

This is a RIP OFF. No where did I see that this was a continuing/monthly on original purchase of $59. And one day later I got a charge for $239.99 to Revital*Med.....which had no phone number and i could not locate on Internet. One month later i has another charge. I threw away 2 of the first 4 as they did nothing for me. I just received another 6 bottles. I finally found a phone number on the bottle with a magnifying glass to see it. i called and managed to get it cancelled and a refund of $83.99.Total false advertizing and not a real product for weight loss.

Did not order. Cannot find a charge for the product. Have been receiving 4 30-count bottles per month since October 2023. No paperwork in package for customer service.

Just like everyone else below has stated, this is a SCAM. Do not order a bottle. I received 6 bottles. I didnt finish out the order when looking online. But, they sent me 6 bottles. I googled their telephone number. When I called the man was rude and kept saying they have a no return/refund policy. I kept telling him I wanted to cancel the prescription. All he would say is I hear you loud and clear. He wouldnt say the subscription will be cancelled. I finally just hung up. Im hoping not to be charged for anymore of their Keto bites.

The company is a scam and should be banned from doing business. Same complaint as the people below about thinking you are buying one bottle and they send you additional 5 charging you $239.99. I was never sent an email regarding regarding the order, order number, or refund or return policy.I got **************** Number. I called when I saw the charge on my credit card , but was told the Kitobites were shipped, and to call when I receive them. I called immediately after receiving the Kitobites on 11/9/23, and was informed that they do not have return policy, but can offer me 60% refund. I called my credit card bank filed dispute. My bank informed me that I will receive 100% refund despite what the shady company is saying.

My 85 yr old Mother in law thought she was getting one bottle for 59.99 one time purchase ends up she got eight bottles for over $300. And was signed up for a subscription, I called to help her and had to force them to cancel the subscription and they would only give $104 refund. We will wait for the credit, they said 3-5 biz days and a confirmation email stating the subscription has been cancelled. Otherwise we will be calling back. Horrible company.

Do no do business with this company. I ordered keto bites for $39.99 and in order to receive this the website is setup so that your have to also order a cleanse for $59.99. I did this. Then checked my credit card only to find out that the company charged my card $335.62 (this was for six bottle of Keto Bites plus the cleanse) The company is very sneaky the way they have the website set up. I tried to reach them-no luck-so I contacted the credit card company and they had me file a fraud report. The entire thing is a scam to take advantage of people and should not be allowed.

We had the same problem as everyone else. We purchased what we thought was 1 bottle for $49.99. Instead we got 6 bottles for $239.99. We thought ok...we made a mistake. We were willing to pay for the 6 bottles and thought that would be the end of it. We never got an email receipt or anything with the company name and number or contact information. Today (1 month later) we got another 6 bottles!! When we looked at our credit card statement, there was another charge for $239.99. We called the number that was on our credit card statement and spoke with "***" in customer service. He said he could cancel our "subscription" but that "the agreement clearly stated that they do not accept returns, and cannot issue a refund". We told customer service that we never got ANYTHING from this company, not even a receipt and certainly did not authorize them to charge our credit card. I asked "***" if we could speak with a supervisor, and was told there is no supervisor and that all he could do is cancel the "subscription". The phone number we called is eight five five, three eight zero, three two six eight and we were told the name of the company is Ketobites and they are located in ********, **.BEWARE...VERY MISLEADING
