Sold car back to dealership and cancelled the policies on the car. The company informed me that the policies were paid back to the dealership for the pro rated amounts and were to be paid forward to myself, however no contact has been made with the details on how or when they were going to provide me these funds. I have been attempting to contact the store and even spoke to the general manager ***** on multiple occasions and was being pushed off to accounting that allegedly was not there each of the times I have contacted their dealership. I am getting the run around and still yet to receive the payment for the cancellation.Initial Complaint

This business used deceptive 'bait and switch' tactics. I negotiated and came to agreement on the price of a "used" vehicle which the rep told me was 'certified pre-owned.' The original mileage listed was 15 but the rep said this needed to be updated to 32. The Carfax report showed the vehicle had been sold in 2022 to one owner. I put down a deposit, emailed my drivers license and completed the finance application. The agent sent me an internal printout of the purchase agreement showing the *** and stock number plus the agreed upon price and taxes and fees. The next morning I asked for the official buyers order and was contacted by the sales manager letting me know they made a mistake on the the vehicle and it is "new" instead of "used" therefore they have to sell it to me at a higher price. I asked for additional information and have since not heard from anyone at this dealership. Meanwhile, they have my deposit and personal identification details.Initial Complaint

My entire car purchase experience has be horrible. I purchased a new car and the sales process was poor. Then the car ended up being defective and after 7 weeks as I write this, I do not have my car, nor my trade in, nor the cash I paid, nor my title, nor the counter signed documents from the transaction. The dealership is not responsive and I had to get Maserati USA involved. They have not been much better. I am not certain how this gets resolved but either way, go to a different dealership, even if it's farther away, that would be my recommendation.
