My husband, ************************* passed away on May 30, 2024 and I had his service done by Charlow Funeral Home . The Director name is ***********************. Thats the person that I did all the business with and paid my money to my husband came back on June 24 and I have not received them from them since he said he gave them to my husbands daughter which that was our agreement. He was supposed to call me to pick up my ear and call her to pick up her and her siblings me $309.95. I would like to have it back or someone should pay me for my ear that Ive never seen. Other than the day I dropped it off to ********************* assistant and ****** said he was going to file a grievance but I have not heard from him since June 28 2024 can you please help me thank you for your time ***********************Business response
