In May 2024,I sailed on the Valiant Lady w/Virgin Voyages. Prior to my sail date, I purchased 2 packages. The pkg I am disputing is the Splash For Your Bash Package ($250). The package is advertised on the Virgin Voyages' website & the package includes a bottle of Moet (NEVER received), a bottomless brunch (which was a hot mess w/the server & NEVER received the bottomless drink) & a revelrous dinner party w/curated ******************** (which the revelrous dinner party never took place). The brunch was at their restaurant called "Razzle Dazzle" but the experience was not a "Razzle Dazzle" experience. To dine at Razzle Dazzle you don't need to make a ************* there's not an extra fee to dine there. Services at Razzle Dazzle is included in the total fee you pay for your cruise just like the other restaurants you would attend on the cruise ship. When I arrived at Razzle Dazzle, which I was required to make a reservation prior to the sail date as part of the package, the host at the restaurant didn't acknowledge that my ********** were there for a special celebration, nor did the host acknowledge that I paid extra for a pkg. I thought it was odd but didn't question it. I'm thinking the staff must know why I am there especially since I was required to make a reservation ahead of time. The service was horrible. I had to remind the server about my order because he forgot while guests that arrived after me were getting served their meals. It was after my ********** finally completed our ********* mother wanted a fresh fruit juice did the server mentioned the bottomless drink for an additional fee from us. Seriously! Why would I pay for something that was already paid for. I filed my compliant w/Raicla *************** Desk Associate), ****** (Restaurant Manager at Razzle ****************** (manger over all of the restaurants). They stated if I had purchased the pkg on the ship, I would get a refund, but I had to go through corporate which corporate denied a refund
