            in late ******* i signed up for the ******** ppo free insurance was told will have a card for $60.00 for grocery every 3months & $90.00 every 3months try to use debit card does not work so i called many times spoke with some one at nations they say no called to company rep he said yes called nations again said give them a few minutes will be active over 2weeks now nothing plus i ordered a list of otc supplies mailed in been almost 2wks nothing, I have called rep several times since tuesday today he said again yes i have it called company nation many time get cout off last time i called put in all info some one ask my problem ask to speak to supervisor said she needed to know what for i said benefits wanted address to file complaint still want give me supervisor said have to fill out forms still no supervisor if i was able to get the extra spending debit card then i she have it i should not have to call so many time re: the issues i want result .
