September 14, 2022 $657.00 Duct cleaning on a small one bedroom apartment You took advantage of my severely mentally ill sister who is schizophrenic and autistic. I am DISGUSTED with any company that would have charged so much for "duct cleaning" - It is NOT POSSIBLE that your company was not aware of this. I'm inclined to report you to the BBB. We've done business with you for years and I have alerted this company many times.Initial Complaint

Hired one hour to do the work on May 2nd **** am. Vans advised it must be done in morning because of attic work need. I called almost every hour to figure out were they were as I was told around 830 am they would be here. When I called around that time I talked to Jennet who in dispatch she said they are finishing up a meeting will be there within 30 min. an hour goes by call and no one knows anything but was told they will call me back. 12:15 pm 2 trucks come here and both the guys know nothing and explained they were sent here. I explained to ****** I have to work over night he said its to hot anyway for us to be in the attic you will need to reschedule. I called and Spoke to Will who a manager an wasn't helpful. When I explained to him vans says "ontime or dont pay a dime" When questioning this policy that advertised on the van and website Will didn't honor that. Even though they did take off money for the work it should have been free caused by the company not arriving ontimeBusiness response

I spoke to ****************** May 6, 2022 @ 10:35am and I apologized for us being late and refunded the amount ****************** paid. We stand by on what we advertise. "Always On Time or You don't spend a Dime"Initial Complaint

On dec12th 2021 I called this company to check my a/c system as it was blowing warm air I was told I had a leak in my line that went under my house and they have to run a new line after numerous phone calls over the next four days I was told the job would be 1565.01 minus the 261.00 I already paid I set the appt for dec21st I was told between 8-10 then after numerous phone calls after they didn't show I was told between 12-1 as they were short on help due to covid once again after numerous calls I keep be told they will call me back I lost money taking the day off and I can't get any responses I have been with this company for over 20yrs I need this taken care of and want to know what is going to be done for my inconvenience....thank youBusiness response

Our Operations manager *** ****** spoke to Mr. ****** ******** and they came to an agreement that One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating will refund him $300.00 to compensate for Mr. ******** lost time.
