BNT impact STORM WINDOWS was amazing from the beginning to the end. When I contacted the company, I was able to set up an appointment quickly. After they came out to look at my existing windows and do the measurements, they sent a quote within a few days. The quote was reasonable and better than other companies. The office staff walked me through each step and was extremely helpful & kind. I was able to get my HOA approval and they submitted the paperwork for the permit. Within a couple months, the materials were in and we were able to set up an installation appointment. The installers were incredible. They were on time, hard workers, and finished the job within two days. They covered the furniture as well as other areas in the house which helped with the dust. The inspection was scheduled as soon as they finished the installation. An employee from BNT came an hour prior to the inspection to check the windows and work. When the inspector came, he walked him around the house and took care of the paperwork. The windows look incredible and we feel very safe! I strongly recommend this company.

This company started out great but went down hill very quickly. I did 10 windows, 2 doors and one slider. The result of which was much more damage to my exterior stucco than anticipated, an actual hole in the lower exterior wall, my storm door being thrown out. One door was not flush, letting water in the bottom and poking out at the top. I had bugs coming in. At one time, the contractor came out and said it was because of the way the door was pulled closed and said I had to pull it shut a certain way (insert eye roll) They sent a ******************** field rep out on June 10th that made a lot of promises and was SUPER sympathetic, a real salesmen. He said he would have a specific crew back on June 12th to complete the repairs. ** one showed up. I had to follow up with the Installation coordinator after no response after no one showed up that morning. ** response. Sent a text to same rep. ** Response. I finally wrote a ****** review a few days later... THEN I got a call from the office! Seriously?! Earlier that week he told me to order my storm door and they would cover the cost and install. I ordered it and the only option was next day delivery (***** fee) Crew still did not show up until 2 weeks later and it turned out to be only 1 person. This was after multiple emails and text messages because NO ONE would get back to me. I literally put so many things on hold because this company fails miserably at communication and follow through. I had a hole in my exterior stucco taped over with duct tape to prevent moisture and bugs from getting in while waiting for them to repair. Currently I'm still waiting on reimbursement of my storm door and a few more fixes. A few months prior I spent 10K having the stucco repaired around my windows and foundation, just so beautiful and now, money down the drain. I would NEVER recommend BNT ever. I understand mistakes happen, but communication is everything and makes all the difference. Just say no. Don't do it.

This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. They didn't meet a single deadline, failed to show up on the date of installation, dragged their feet when issuing a discount, failed to honor a discount on multiple invoices, and failed to take accountability during the process assuring me that "that's just how this business works" and "well other companies are worse than us."I reached out to the company in July 2023. They said the windows would arrive on 20 September. After hearing nothing on the 20th, I reached out on 26 September only to be told "we can't control when they get delivered, they will arrive on 25 October." Installation date was scheduled to start on 1 November between ****am. I call at 10am on the 1st and get told "the installer was sick and couldn't make it." Based on a series of replies to 1 star reviews, BNT will likely say that these are unforeseen circumstances. While I understand that occasionally scheduling problems happen, this does not negate the complete lack of customer service and failure to take accountability on their part. Additional issues: BNT didn't show up on the morning of the final inspection. After failing to replace a screen that was broken during installation, they said "we cannot authorize you to withhold payment based on minor issues." Keep in mind that this company cannot authorize or not authorize you to do anything. If they don't complete the job, don't pay. That's what a contract is for.It truly takes a team effort to be this awful at customer service. If you have a smaller house or townhome I would avoid this company entirely as they genuinely do not care. If you have a large house, and really think BNT is the right company for you, I would work discounts into the contract ahead of time based on potential missed deadlines, no shows etc. Whatever type of house you have, I am sure there are much better companies out there as selling impact windows in ******* is a very competitive business. We had a wonderful experience with BNT Impact Windows and Doors. *** our salesperson, and *** and his crew, were excellent ieeting our timing since we are snowbirds and had a limited window of availability. ******** and ***** were great at the follow up and the inspection. We highly recommend using BNT Windows and Doors.

I had a 5 star experience with BNT IMPACT. Everything from the sales, installation and inspection was seamless. Tom N***** was my sales rep, Courtnee and Eric T. were my service technicians and inspection technician. It took about 6 months to finish the installation and pass final inspection after I signed my contract which was due to my city taking a long time to approve the permit. The company has great communication via phone and email was important. They were able to come by my house post installation to address a minor issue with my door bolts ar no cost. I would recommend this company for my friends or family.
