      I purchased cologne from ALT. fragrances on September 19, 2024 for $45.95 after tax and received email confirmation. Im active military stationed in ***********, so the shipping address is to a PO Box in ***********. On September 20, 2024 I received an email that the product was ready to ship. The email contained tracking information that said **** was waiting to receive the package. On 24 September, 2024 I received another email saying the shipment was delayed- tracking number still said waiting for **** to receive the package. I wrote the customer service at this time to see what was going on; I was assured that everything was fine. I followed up on 27 September, 2024 with no change. Then followed up on the 30th- no change. On 2 October, the representative I have been speaking with via email considered the package lost, and asked for me to confirm my shipping address for a replacement, which I did. After that never got any confirmation emails of a new shipment, and told the representative that if I didnt get confirmation of shipment within 48 hours I wanted a refund. Havent heard since; wrote on Friday stating I wanted a full refund, no response.

      Ordered 5 bottles on 8/20/24 and paid extra for 2nd day air to be delivered 8/22/24. This company had come highly recommended to me. Shipment was lost by ***. I received two other shipments from different companies by the same carrier in same time. I filed a claim and ALT did not respond to their end of the claim. I sent a complaint email and finally they responded. They noticed my shipment still had not been delivered 8 days later and finally they respond and send a ***lacement. The ***lacement shipment sat for 6 days in an unknown shipping label created but not picked up status. I sent like 5 emails following up and received the same generic AI response from **** who is either the worst, most incompetent customer service *** in history or is just a program. Finally after 6 days it updated tracking and will arrive in another 6 days. They lied about which shipping provider it would be 3 times, first telling me **** then ****, then ***. All with the same tracking number and none of which actually tracked until today when it said it would be here in another 6 days. I am beyond disappointed and this is about principle. I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND I DIDNT LOSE THE ORDER. THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED AND YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BACK FOR EXPEDITING SHIPPING SO YOU OWE ME THE SAME. SO FAR I HAVE PAID IN FULL FOR 5 BOTTLES WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND HAVE STILL RECEIVED NOTHING EXCEPT AUTOMATED REPLIES AND EXCUSES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO HIRE ACTUAL PEOPLE TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IT WILL BE A MIRACLE IF ANYTHING SHOWS UP AT MY HOUSE. SCAM LIKELY. NO ACTUAL **** TO HELP YOU. THEY STEAL MONEY. .

      I placed an order for a fragrance, order #ALT1495138, and initiated a return of the item on 7/31. I was told the return request was approved (RMA4431438) and that I would be responsible for paying to ship the item back to the company and once received I would be provided store credit. I shipped the item back to the company via **** with tracking number ********************** and the item was received by the company on 8/10. I contacted the company via email starting on 8/16 to inquire about the status of the return and store credit and from there I have been getting the run around from this company. A back-and-forth conversation via email has been occurring since 8/16; however, every time I contact the company, I am getting the run around as they continue to ask questions that I have already answered, but will not issue a store credit or refund. To date, I have not received store credit or any compensation for the return. Now, they are not responding to my emails at all. I have paid for shipping to return the item to the company and they have had the item for over 2 weeks so I am confused as to why they have failed to provide compensation for the item. I am requesting a full refund of the item as this is highly unprofessional and does not look good for your company.

      Ordered a product on 5/11./2024 for $ ***** and was charged 3 times on my Credit Card. E-mailed within an 1/2 hour to cancel order since 3 times charging is a red flag. Due to multiple e-mails not to ship this product - it was shipped anyways product was immediately returned.Asked for refund and was told no refund just gift card or different product.I do not want a gift card nor do I want a different product, people are reporting rashes.This company scams people literally out of money and safe guards themselves with not so clear terms and conditions. When they get certain complaints their Website gets an update. Example: I recall that when you cancel your order immediately with in hours, money will be refunded.That was changed on the Website. You order, you get charged and according to my ******************* you enter their Terms and Condition.I paid $ ***** plus $ 10 in shipping and have nothing - and they can keep my money.

      I purchased their 3 Fragrance for $99 product and selected my 3 fragrances of choice. When they arrived, I liked 2 of the 3 and reached out about what options I have. I was told to mail what I didn't like back (at my expense) and I would get a store credit on my account, or I could mail what I didn't like back and include in the package my exchange request items. So I did that, I packaged up the 1 I didn't like and mailed it back to them at my expense, and included in the package a note about my request to exchange for a new fragrance I picked. This was over 1 month ago. I have emailed the same mailbox back several times asking for an update and they have completely stopped responding. So what I ended up with is 2 fragrances for $99 + the shipping charges I paid to send them back the 3rd for an exchange.

      I ordered a bunch of fragrances on April 10th. I didnt end up receiving them so I figured out how to contact them. After the first time I tried to contact them they told me that I could get a reshipment or store credit. I asked if I could get a refund and they said according to there policy he cant offer a refund. I looked into there policy and the policy he was referring to was about no refunds for returns or exchanges so I told him that. He said regardless that policy means he cant refund me. I continued trying to explain they dont have a policy that says they cant refund and they stoped replying to my emails. I reached out again and was told the same thing. They attached a link to the same policy and the policy said no refund for returns and exchanges. I explained this again but they ignored what I said and still denied me a refund. After 2 months of going back and forth I checked there website to see they changed the policy long after I had asked for my refund.

      Made a purchase on June 8 for two bottles of perfume, when I wanted to return one because it had spilled all over the packaging they offered me a reduced credit just to keep. I have contacted several times asking where I find the store credit and a representative response Saying they will issue it and they never do. I have been waiting for a store credit of 30 something dollars for two months now. Despite the fact that the perfume Aerle even less all day I thought I would try another fragrance that *** be better to give them a second chance.

      ORDER #ALT1438962 Tracking# ************************** During the order process I selected GPay as my method of payment. Once I selected the card I wanted to use the transaction was final, I was not given the option to select shipping address or review the order before submission. When I received the order confirmation email I responded within 15 minutes that the shipping address was wrong and gave the correct address. I was told that nothing could be done even before the items had left their facility. Once the items had shipped I made several attempts to contact the courier, but was always redirected back to the business. As the sender the business is able to change the delivery address with more ease and credibility. I was repeatedly told there wasn't anything that could be done on their end and given useless things for me to try. In the last *** I sent to them I pointed out how the change of address is better done by them and someone responded that they would "get to the bottom of it". I was not update on the outcome of this attempt until I received a automated email stating that the item had still been delivered to the wrong address. ***il exchange in pdfs submitted.

      I purchased wholesale cologne from *************. I have been selling their product under my private label. I received the product and noticed it did not smell like the original scent that I was selling. It actually smelled like mainly alcohol. When I returned a bottle to check the quality they said it was satisfactory. I believe the formula was compromised due to heat or improper storage from my research and experience. I believe they need a better model because I have product that I dont feel comfortable selling. What type of consequence do they have? Doesnt seem like much, and thats why Im issuing this complaint. Smell is something subjective and due to them being based in ******* and me being in ** I tried to operate of trust, and it has failed me.

      I bought 2 perfumes from this company for $110.34, I got them and they leaked a tiny bit in the box which I didnt care but what I smelled was disgusting and like alcohol the products are terrible and smell so bad and I have been going back and forth with customer service saying they will just give me new bottles which I do not want because it smells that bad. I also do not want store as they offered because I do not want anything from their store. I would like a money back refund as their return policy states that I uploaded. I will pay to ship the items back. They keep beating around the **** and say they do not do money back refunds when it says they do as pictured. I have been back and forth with so many people and they are probably at this point just trying to get me passed the time frame where the wont except my return and I am sick of it. My order number was ALT# *******. All I want is my money back, the product is beyond terrible. Thank you

      They did reach out with another email saying the same exact thing they have been saying to me since the first time I have emailed them so nothing has changed. When I send the screenshots of their own return policy they stop answering me.
