I am the President of the *** for ***************** **************** and I am filing this complaint on behalf of all 13 owners.In 2019 a developer ********************* brought the land behind us to build apartments his contracting company was Mag Construction. They disconnect the power to our Fire Alarms.We were without monitoring since 2019.Advanced Fire Alarm did not inform us that the monitoring was not working. As they should have seen that there was no signal at there end. They have been charging us for monitoring service since 2019.They supposed to come out every 3 month to service look at their system which was not done. This is what we paid for each quarter.I have tried to work with this company and get all this sorted out and give them another chance. They have not returned calls and we are still without the Fire Alarm.I would like this company to reimburse all the payment that have been made since 2019 for services that were not provided.All this came to light a few months ago when the Fire ******** was here to inspect the Fire Alarm. Advanced Fire came and agreed we have no service no monitoring and stated they have not been here since 2019.THEIR NEGLIGENCE PUT 13 HOMEOWNERS IN DANGER.THEY NEED TO RETURN ALL PAYMENTS WE HAVE MADE AND REMOVE THEIR EQUIPMENT ASAP.
