I purchased a house on 12/19/23 and the previous owner rented a dumpster from Coastline Cans. The previous owner and Coastline Cans are in a dispute over funds and now the owner of Coastline Cans, *********************, is refusing to pick up the dumpster. We attempted to contact him directly to explain we purchased the house and he now claiming that we (the new owners) need to pay the balance owed by the previous owner and he put a lien on or house (which is a lie) and he said that we pay him and can **************** owner in claims court. That is not our problem and the company needs to remove the dumpster and he can pursue legal action on the previous owner as the dumpster rental was theirs. The dumpster needs to be removed from my property IMMEDIATELY. If they refuse the dumpster will be considered abandoned and will be treated as such. The company *** owner *** is acting fraudulently in trying to obtain payment from someone who was not contracted with them.
